I must say this place was nice. The location was the very best and the manager as well. When we booked our vacation we checked yes for a wonderful view over the city, pool, free breakfast, free parking and a balcony. Nope didn't get none of those when we arrived. The manager did try and help getting us in another hotel but it's almost 1000 more than what we paid here. So he moved us to the 6th floor. But I'm pretty sure we paid enough to be way higher than the 3 or the 6th floor. So please make sure u always call and confirm the room you applied for before reserving...

We had to rent hotel because we got evacuated due to the Woolsey fire. We picked this location because it was reasonably priced in the accept pets. Everything was what you would expect from Hilton. The only thing is the parking which you have to pay for, that's usually expected however the Hilton will charge more than what the actual parking structure charges. The check in with very smooth and the guy at the front counter was relaxed and helpful. The checkout was okay, the girl seemed rushed and unattentive and looked bothered when I asked a question afterwards.

Great location near lots of restaurants and shops most within walking distance. Rooms are nice somewhat updated decor, and nice bathroom. Didn't visit lounge or gym area nor order anything to eat so I can't comment on those. **Edit** Not every room has the updated style I believe it depends on the floor but not , the other rooms have the bathtub instead of walkin shower so if that's important to you it might be good to ask at the desk. Lounge is not the best I've seen, typical food and snacks but they so have can coke products. It also seem a bit small and they say it's for elite members but door isn't locked so... Paid parking in a deck

This review is solely based on the restaurant as I wasn't an overnight guest. The food was fine. The wait staff was skilled and the ambiance was nice so overall a pleasant experience to that respect. The food, however, was trying to be fancier than necessary. I understand the Hilton has a name to uphold but they either needed to make the food more bar food or ditch the bar food and make it very high end. Trying to fancy up the grilled cheese with maple syrup as a dipping sauce was more odd than appealing. It didn't taste bad per say, but I personally wouldn't order it again. The fried calamari was decent but the chicken wings were just Frank's Red Hot poured on top of a normal wing. I didn't order a cocktail so I can't speak on behlaf of the harm

A well run warm hotel with thorough old school service. Could use a facelift. Like a tired dowager. Strong bar and chop house. Surprise milk and cookies brought to the room. Clanging cable cars outside. Perfect location. The $75 charge to valet car is way out of line though.

While the newly remodeled rooms at this hotel are nice, they are poorly designed. There aren't enough outlets if you are trying to work. If you turn off the light on the nightstand, you can't charge your phone. There is a table/desk with only 1 chair. So, you and your roommate can't eat at a table. One person has to sit on the bed or on an armchair with no table. The bed is comfortable and they provide four large pillows with a king-size bed. The remodeled bathroom is quite nice, too! I was disappointed to learn that the newly remodeled hotel doesn't have a pool or jacuzzi tub. Very disappointing at a hotel of this "caliber." I travel a lot for work, but have never stayed at a hotel at this price-point that didn't offer a pool and jacuzzi tub. Additionally, I would expect a newly remodeled hotel to have a nice gift shop. Instead, there is a small room with limited offerings attached to the front desk. The remodeled lobby is nice. Hope you find my review helpful.

This isn t the best hotel as far as Hilton goes. It s hard to describe but I d say it s a bit soulless, nothing special. Might just be the decor of the corridors and rooms that makes it a tad institutional. The toilet was right in front of the bathroom vanity so we had to lean around the toilet when getting ready. Weird. When we arrived there was no stowaway bed like what we had ordered so we had to wait 30-40 minutes for one to arrive and try to keep our 3 year old from melting. It was already past his bed time. The first morning the exec lounge was filled with big round event tables making it awkward to sit around them and as a family of 7 we had to raise our voices to speak with each other. The second morning the regular tables were back but they had a hard time keeping the food stocked so many people were standing around and waiting. Valet service was prompt and friendly. The hotel was clean.

My wife and I stayed here on points. We were disappointed by the charge for overnight parking, though the room was nice and comfortable. The shower knob was loose and felt as though it was going to break, though it was fairly new. Possibly installed improperly. Only 3 stars as the hotel didn't blow us away in any regard. What we expected for a Hilton.

Staff was very accommodating and extremely polite. However in this day and age of wi-fi it is a pure scam to have to pay 11.99 a day for this what should be free service. If this is indicative of other Hiltons this will be my last stay especially without a refrigerator or Microwave. Marriott offers these guest services free of charge It was nice as I am a 100% disabled veteran that parking was comped. Ask about guest services before booking at this Hotel.

Came here for a off-site for my company. They offer valet and self parking. They have a bar and gym too, I believe. Got a room here a few years ago and the rooms were old and outdated but I've heard it's been remodeled since. When Barrack visited years ago and stayed here, in the presidential suite. The service was good, staff is polite and attentive. There's lots of food options around; not sure if they offer food inside the hotel.

Very nice large bedroom with two king sized beds and well appointed. Bathroom could have been a bit larger to match the room but still acceptable. I am a Diamond member but the executive lounge was really poor. The snacks and breakfast could hardly have been worse and were determined by a very small budget. A few soft drinks but any alcohol including happy hour were chargeable. The room was not somewhere you would want to hang out.

Room doors are to thin, heard everyone walking and talking out in the hallway till almost 2:00am. Took Clorox wipes to the surface areas around the room, and wasn't as clean as one might like. On the flip side staff is very polite and accommodating. Valet put a scratch on my fender, but they removed it promptly. "Omar" was the best Valet, prompt, no scratches, and never changed my seat settings, thank you "Omar". Front desk people and head of Security were really great, wish I could remember their names. Not a bad stay, but room for improvement. Fix those doors Hilton!
