The location is really nice, wow, what a view, even though it seems getting blocked more and more by new hotels getting built around. We stayed in a corner suite room for a special occasion, and it was a really nice room. I heard it could be a bit dated and old, but it was very well maintained, and the view was spectacular. One reason I gave four stars instead 5 though was the atmosphere. Maybe it's because we had stayed at a super friendly heartwarming hotel just before, but we felt staff being a bit mechanical. Not that they didn't do their work nor efficient at all. They were nice; we got a birthday cake and everything. It's just all relative, I guess.

Stay there during Covid outbreak with their promotion rate with campaign from the government. The package was extremely cheap comparing to what they ve offered. However, due to the small amount of guests, the hotel lobby area was under big renovation. Overall satisfied!

The MillenniumHilton is a very nice hotel. We had a lovely view of the river with the large panoramic windows. There is some ongoing construction next door which might be bothersome for some to see. There was no noise from the construction so it was barely noticed.

Our room was well kept and we enjoyed our time. The location does add about 10 or 15 minutes to travel by taxi or Tuk Tuk. There are several lovely restaurants nearby for those wishing a more inexpensive meal. We did not eat at any of the hotel restaurants so cannot offer any advice.

Check in the Internet for websites offering package deals. You will find many good prices for the hotel compared to the normal pricing. Also join the Hilton Honors club for free WiFi and any points that
Might work for your airline clubs.

A lovely place to enjoy.

My family eats of the dim sum restaurant on the second floor everytime I'm in country. The food is good, the service is kind of okay. The buffet downstairs is very good but really expensive. The biggest surprise is the Cafe/bakery outside. The latte is very good but it's also $5US. Overall this is a higher-end hotel that's kind of worth the price.

Offers everything you'd expect from an upscale hotel. Breathtaking views from the Threesixty lounge, and the cheese room on the ground floor alone is worth the stay. The hotel is conveniently located at the river and has its own pier, so you can easily explore the city by boat.

Staying at the other side of Chao Phraya River for the 1st time.
Very familar Hilton standard. Staffs were always very friendly and helpful.
Room is spacious and with a great view.

Toilet is spacious and clean. No complaints at all.

A place that is away from the madness of city but with full access via the Hilton boat to the BTS station and the famous Asiatic.
Love it.

As a Hilton Honors member, you are checked into the hotel in a seating area separate from the front desk. You give them your Honors credit card and passport and they do all the rest. I had booked an executive level king and was upgraded to a suite that had beautiful views of the city and river from both directions. My luggage and help was waiting for me once I got to the room. I opted for a neck and back massage after having spent over 24 hours between 3 flights and stopovers.
The massage was really helpful in working out the knots from carrying an oversized handbag and backpack with computer and clothes, in case my checked on baggage got lost. I enjoyed the massage which was preceded by a beautiful blue pea tea and followed by a pot of red herbal tea and 3 types of fresh melon and fruit. I enjoyed the treatment so much that I booked a 90 minute facial. Nun, the woman who did the massage, also performed the facial. I have had other facials before but what sets this one apart is the gorgeous aromas of the products and aromatherapy. Also, when others usually leave the room to let a mask dry, Nun massaged my arms and legs. I was so relaxed by the whole experience that my snoring woke me up on several occasions. Tea and fresh fruit followed again. I went to bed at 4pm and woke around 10 pm. I ordered a green papaya salad, vegetable fried rice with egg, and mango sticky rice. My wait was short and the room service guy asked me if I wanted my table set for 1 or 2 people. There was plenty of food for 2 people and I had no idea the portions would be so generous. The green papaya salad came in a beautiful presentation inside a carved out papaya. They had also asked me what level of heat I preferred when ordering. I said very hot. It waz hot and sweet and absolutely gorgeous to look at and eat as well. I devoured the whole thing. My fried rice arrived with a fried egg on top and beautiful fresh vegetables on the side and a sauce of sliced red and green peppers in what I think was a fish sauce. It was delicious. The mango sticky rice was delicious as well. I left half of the fried rice, choosing to eat the other 2 items first. Room service asked if the rice was OK when they came back to collect the dishes. It was so nice not to have to leave dishes outside in the hall. The MAGIC button on the phone for room service was always sweet and very helpful. I have never enjoyed a hotel stay more. What a way to deal with jet lag. The executive level offerings were very nice and offer a beautiful view. I would highly recommend staying here based on my one night stay.

I am a Hilton diamond member and rarely if ever write reviews. This hotel s staff is incredible! They went above and beyond to make my mom s birthday an incredible event. Mr. Meen (PATIPARN MUNGKROBKLANG) took on our special occasion and completely blew us away by making it so special. The hotel is great, but the staff really make it amazing.

The hotel is neat and tidy in the city. The interior of the lobby and the size of the building are quite luxurious, but the guest rooms are of a moderate four-star level. Staff friendliness is also 4-star level. I am impressed that Hilton is affected by the area and the price.

Bag storage = left in driveway unattended

We visited Bangkok for a wedding. We moved hotels from one area over of the city to the Hilton to have a change of scenery. We arrived at 11am, the room wasn t ready so we were told to leave our bags in a hold and come back to the hotel later after 3pm. We arrived at 6pm and noticed our bags in the taxi stand area where supervision was low to non existent.

We brought it up to the manager and were told that s just how they hold bags. Where anyone could take anything. Luckily we didn t leave our passports in there but it was debated for sure.

Traveling often - this is unheard of. They do not put the bags in a safe room. This is completely unacceptable. The hotel said they d notify corporate but didn t offer much in the way of a verbal apology or anything else.

We were told to check the bags to make sure everything is there!

Unbelievable poor service on a well renowned hotel chain!

I've stayed here a number of times over the years, and I have a say it is a breath of fresh air. Yes, the location is kinda strange, but it does have a free ferry to the sky train station. The layout is over the top and the hotel has everything thing you need, just ask. The rooms need a little updating, but nothing major. The executive lounge is awesome and a must during cocktail hour. We will return again.

Typical fare for Hilton.

Very expansive public area on ground floor. However the use of high VOC polish or similar on the exposed wood left for an interesting experience.

Room AC was way too noisy. Room was fine otherwise. basic products in bathroom, Shower was nice powerful though

The hotel is adjacent to Icon Siam Mall and adjacent to the Chao Phraya River. The atmosphere on the Chao Phraya River is quite beautiful, in a luxurious hotel, but some parts have already begun to deteriorate, especially in the parking lot area. Spacious function room

The rooms are clean, peaceful, very good. See the Chao Phraya River view. Is one of the most beautiful hotels in Bangkok Providing excellent hospitality The staff were very cheerful, providing good service in every service point. Delicious breakfast And the rooftop restaurant is very good atmosphere Must definitely stay again But traveling is quite difficult, the car is heavy because the front of the train is built
