Received a call from my Dad at 6:45 am. He's being released today, after the Cardiologist sees him. It is 5:45pm and has NOT been seen yet. This has to rank as one of the SLOWEST hospital in Cleveland. They need an entirely NEW Chief of Staff.
The doctors and nurses I feel always did a great job.
Absolutely terrible ER. 6 hours to be seen by a PA. Not the nurses fault, management for scheduling one PA for 25 rooms and a room full of people in waiting room. Awful experience!!!

Accuse me of abusing my child cause I was discipline him. And one of the nurses called my child bad. And said u need to listen. Didn't even give me a chance to calm my son just cause they wanted to do my vitals.

I went here at 8:30 pm didn't get to the back until 12:30 am they didn't get to me until almost 1:30 am so I got up and left couldn't sit there for 3 to 4 more hours just to go home the nurses and doctor was rude and I don't like rude people

I would HIGHLY recommend the surgery center at Marymount. The staff were all extremely caring and attentive to my needs following my surgery. From the woman at the registration desk to the staff on the med/surgery unit I had no complaints. A+++ care.

I wondered why they treated me so weird, and badly. After I left, my case worker told me they asked her if she was aware that I was in some process of gender reassignment. I am not, or ever was, but this is just a part of how careless and plain stupid they are.
Some of the most caring doctors and staff, best hospital visit we have ever had. Even the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Would highly recommend anyone this facility.

I had my son there in 2010 they said I was the first c -section.The nurses were awesome and made sure my stay was comfortable. Thank you for being so caring.
Curtains have red stains that look like blood specs all over them. When you tell them to clean it because they touch the curtains they act like it's not a big deal.
