visit twice an my experience was great got unloaded within 1h. Both visits base on my experience here I recommend you just park on the street an if you are reading this i assume you in your truck so just call the number in the pic around 11pm if you have apt 00:01-04:00 etc and they will either give you a door or tell you to wait you don t have to move your TRUCK by doing this ...and also this save the traffic in the yard as its not that much room for trucks (follow these instruction will make things alot Easier)

The people at receiving are friendly, and I have always gotten out of here in a decent amount of time. However, the lot is an ever changing obstacle course. Classic case of someone attempting to stuff 10 lbs of crap in a 2 lb bag. Add in to that the company drivers who ram around the obstacle course like someone is cracking a cat-o-9-tails on them, and drive in an unsafe and rude manner in their own yard. This place is a zoo every morning and the loads don't pay diddly. Avoid if possible, there's more profitable loads with fewer headaches out there.

I've worked many positions in this company for a little over a year now and I can say the job is good, pays good and has great hours to back that up. Co-workers are easy to get along with. Management and HR are very helpful in solving problems that may pop up from time to time. Overall, working here is the best job I've had yet.

They will hire people straight out of prison, but will not hire someone who has a 10 year record, that show the bias in today society. People wonder why there is no justice because of companies like this.

They don t start letting trucks in until midnight. Just call the number posted on the gate and the friendly receiving person will let you in. To be safe call from the street to make sure they have a spot for you. Plenty of room to park on the shoulder in both directions. Usual 2 hour unload time for full trailer.

What a joke of a business $250 late fee, $250 rescheduling fee. The Attorney General should be alerted at their extortion policy. And who do I see about how they delay the driver for over 4 hours? Go out of business soon please. With the advent of electronic logs, you had better hope that you never have mechanical problems, and perfect weather conditions or you will be fined by these rude, greedy, inhumane crooks. Also their building is filthy lol

As a recent graduate from West MI CDL ( can not believe they let I-Supply come to recruit ? ) I Worked 6 weeks, all good until my "trainer" who graduated 4 weeks before me got into an accident ( backed into Jeep for no reason) while showing me a route he did not know. Unethical, liars, and dirty. If you want to work in that dysfunctional environment you will enjoy I- Supply). You can work 14-16 HR days for 20 cents a mile and 17 cents per piece u deliver. On top of that will throw u under the bus to cover their family members who can not drive. Pathetic....minus a star

As an employee here you can expect to work 12-16 h...

As an employee here you can expect to work 12-16 hours a day, 5 days a week. They do food service distribution for Arby's, Popeyes chicken, Lee's Famous recipe, and Rallys. So you don't have a set schedule, and you can't leave till all the customers orders are filled. They treat all of their employees like absolute dirt and basically just run them into the ground until they quit or get injured and cannot work. I can recall management saying on a daily basis, "If you don't like something, there's the door." That is the general attitude of the company towards it's employees. It is also the most dangerous place I have ever worked at, by far. In only a month I witnessed more injuries and accidents at Isupply then I have in 10 years of prior work experience. I seen a guy get his leg smashed between a steel rack and his pallet jack which broke his leg, multiple people get their feet smashed and run over with pallet jacks, some did not even report it because they knew they couldn't pass a drug screen, and people smash into each other on pallet jacks daily. They only have 1 stock/replenishment driver in each department which consists of freezer, cooler and dry so product is often out of stock so you have to climb underneath the rack to get product . They don't provide you any type of protective gear to wear in the freezer, I seen a guy get frostbite on his hands and feet. Their pay system is called "piece pay", which means you get paid for the amount of boxes/orders that you complete, (not an hourly rate) so you have employees running over top of you to make an extra $5 on their paycheck. There is ice all over the floor in the freezer, it is very easy to slip and fall and injure yourself, I brought it to management's attention and they do nothing to fix it. You can make relatively decent money but you can plan on never seeing your family or friends again, working here consists of working 14 hours a day, going home and sleeping and repeat again. No life at all. Horrible place to work for and I strongly discourage anyone from working here. I forgot to mention most of the employees working here are convicted felony offenders, drug addicts and even sex offenders .

I use to work at Isupply. I loved the hotels. I loved exercise. I had words with a guy and he threatened me week after week. Eventually they were going to set me up but the police was always around. I asked my boss to change my route . He switch me to around the corner . I honestly miss it. Best year of my life this far. My life is more important .id go back if I could . I wouldn't do Indianapolis as bad as I love they city.

Horrible experience..dispatch guy named Damien likes to degrade and talk bad about new drivers and spread rumors. Especially messing with people s pay..The main reason I give it one star is that you have to unload the entire truck fast pace or you will not make it to other stops. Very dangerous going down ramp, if you take a wrong turn or twist you could break something. This job is not worth being in a wheelchair for the rest of your life. Also they take out huge amount of taxes, especially if you don t live in Fairborn you have to pay 2 city taxes and they take out over 80$ in 401k and you can t manage it or stop it

Do yourself a favor and bring lots of food with you because you may be waiting here all day long, they have no responsibility in speeding up receiving process, or just better stay away
2 years later , here I am now again, and this place sucks 4 times more than it was before and maybe the owner of this place is dead
I still don t understand why places like this exist... as they say, one mislead sheep spoils the crowd, places like these bring bad reputation to many receiving plants

The worst place to get unloaded. My appt was at 2AM. I arrived around 12:45AM and called the number on the gate. No one answered, so I left a message, parked my truck and waited for a call back. 3AM arrives and still nothing so I called the number back 4 times and no answer. I then called their company phone # via google. I finally reached the receiving and the lady tells me that there is no way you ve been waiting for over an hour or called the number on the gate, because I don t have any missed calls from you .

However my phone log showed something completely different. Keep in mind, I only had TWO PALLETS TO UNLOAD! This place is so unprofessional. Just answer the phone call when someone calls the damn number on the gate! It s not that freaking hard.

Place opens at 8 a.m on weekdays. There are overnight parking spaces outside of the facility on the edge of the road. Limited, but comes in handy after or before loads. No security. Check in and out is pretty fast. Personnel were friendly. There is a lumper fee (my fee was $130.00) that must be paid before they start to unload. Had appointed set for 9 a.m, was checked in by 8:50 a.m. unloading started at 9:05. Unloading was completed before 11:00 a.m. The only down side was the limited amount of space in their lot, especially when there were a bunch of trucks just roaming around. Show up early (there is a $250.00 late fee and a possible delay of between 3 to 24 hours) to avoid rescheduling. Slide tandems to the back and chock.

My shipper detained me for 5 hours, causing me to be late for my appointment. I-Supplies response? $250 late fee. Not my fault. Nothing I could do about it. But hey, keep gouging guys who are out here just trying to make an honest living.

If the gates arent open just come in to door 19 or 20 to check in. None of the numbers on the sign or google work. I was in at 330am and there where many people in and out but I waited outside a while before coming in. I also made my u-turn for sight side in the wide spot as you come in. It gets congested and would rather not do a blindside.
