Our family hasn't had terrific experiences here in the past and had heard some not so great reviews from other folks. However, we were VERY pleasantly surprised with my mom's recent outpatient surgery for kidney stones. The hospital has been renovated and is bright, airy and welcoming. EVERYONE was GENUINELY (not forcibly) pleasant with us from the minute we walked in the door. Everyone did the "little things" and went out of their way to be kind, sympathetic and helpful. The doctors explained things and gave us the opportunity to answer questions. Dr. Laperolye, Dr. Cook, Michelle & Stan the nurses, Allison - everyone was fantastic. I am so happy we now have a place to go should the need arise. Previously, we were a little lost. Thank you for taking great care of my mom!
