This regards a drs. office across the street from marymount, they are however, affiliated with marymount hosp.
I had an appt. with a dr. The dr. called off and no one called me to inform me. I needed a prescription and I was put to a prescription line. I left the info but it was never called in. I called the drs office 2 more times, and they assured me that it would be taken care of. I was not permitted to speak to the physician. I was put to the prescription line 2 more times. 10 days later I still have no prescription. I cannot get into the dr. until the end of the month and I am out of my medications. Extremely poor service.
