Family was told at 6:25pm the room number my Dad was being transferred to (from ER). They are waiting 35-min for shift change to do this. I was informed shift reports take 30-min. It will be close to 90-min for this to happen. I am sitting in the Sub-Waiting area recording the staff talk about who brought Super Bowl snacks. Next time I will chose CCF in Cleveland. This message has been forwarded to the appropriate personnel.
