The owner is friendly but the young girls at the counter act like your bothering them.
They do not acknowledge you and they do not smile, they're grumpy. I can take my business elsewhere!
Dumb store was closed for remodeling 18may2018 who knows when it will be open again.

The people at the store are quick and helpful! I have had to work under a deadline a few times, and they always come through. Much better to work directly with the store. Unfortunately, the UPS website is difficult to use and misleading.
They dont even know how to manage the queue. The name shows 2 different section printing and shipping but she moved to printing section to take shipping by the time the queue build up and no courtesy on the mistake.
I have used the print services here several times in the last months and have been met with pleasant associates, quick service, and reasonable prices.
Amazing variety of services offered including PO Boxes, Live Scan, key duplicates, notary, printing, shipping, etc... Moreover, the staff really cares about helping people and are excellent at what they do.

This place is very convenient for me to return all of my wife's Amazon stuff and ship an occasional package of my own. Friendly staff and of course there are lines sometimes, but I'm usually prepaid so I just drop and go. No complaints here!!

Great for shipping packages, typically not much of a line and I have sent items out of here reliably with no problems. Close to my house so I will continue to use them until I have a problem or service declines. For now, I trust them and they have good customer service.
