The people at the store are quick and helpful! I have had to work under a deadline a few times, and they always come through. Much better to work directly with the store. Unfortunately, the UPS website is difficult to use and misleading.

This place is very convenient for me to return all of my wife's Amazon stuff and ship an occasional package of my own. Friendly staff and of course there are lines sometimes, but I'm usually prepaid so I just drop and go. No complaints here!!

There is always a line, and the folks behind the counter, although nice, are confused by anything more complicated than, "I need to buy a stamp."

And I really hope you don't need to get ahold of them by phone. If they do answer, odds are good you'll be put "on hold"...

Great for shipping packages, typically not much of a line and I have sent items out of here reliably with no problems. Close to my house so I will continue to use them until I have a problem or service declines. For now, I trust them and they have good customer service.
