The people at the store are quick and helpful! I have had to work under a deadline a few times, and they always come through. Much better to work directly with the store. Unfortunately, the UPS website is difficult to use and misleading.

They dont even know how to manage the queue. The name shows 2 different section printing and shipping but she moved to printing section to take shipping by the time the queue build up and no courtesy on the mistake.

Called them just now in a panic because I needed to send a package and I got lost.
The nicest and most helpful young woman helped me navigate this parking lot to find their store tucked away in an architectural fold . (It will make sense if you ever go there trust me).
They were so friendly and helpful what a great experience!!
And they stay open until 7, which is great if you can t make it there by 6:30 because of work or traffic.

My husband and I just went in to return devices to AT&T, Direct TV and to ship a puzzle to my Dad. The gentleman who helped us was polite, professional and kind. He explained what he was doing, suggested we save the receipts for the returns and he amazed us when he recommended we downsize the box the puzzle was in. With our permission, he cut the box down to the perfect size, taped it back up and saved us $14! Incredible customer service and we highly recommend you go here!

I was denied help when I asked for him to track my package he said that undoubtedly he would not be able to help you and the warehouse had no phone number and he didn t get me the office phone number I explain my situation my item went from Sacramento to Lathrop back to Rocklin again I want and called Rocklin store for tracking my package and again how he said unfortunately that he would not be able to help me what a waste of time you have people that need a job would have tried to help unfortunately I don t work for you

There is always a line, and the folks behind the counter, although nice, are confused by anything more complicated than, "I need to buy a stamp."

And I really hope you don't need to get ahold of them by phone. If they do answer, odds are good you'll be put "on hold" (the phone is just placed on the counter) while they help the 7 people in line in the store before coming back to you.

Shipped my package and they damaged it. UPS HQ did great in handling the claim but the store itself which had to provide paperwork to HQ did not feel it was very important. They took a couple of weeks to send the right paperwork. Ignoring me every time I called. I called today and asked to speak to a manager. I am still on hold been 40 minutes. Management does not take their position seriously. I strongly suggest any other outlet - UPS/FedEx or US Postal. Just don't start the package from this location.

They offer helpful tips and ensure their customers feel secure with their packages or other orders. There's another location nearer to me, but I will continue to go to this one. All is good until you need some type of customer service on a lost package. Then things are not so good. You are not the shipper the UPS Store is and you are at their mercy. I have been a loyal customer of this location for almost 20 years (before they were the UPS store) and it appears that that loyalty is one sided. I expected so much more. Very disappointed.
