Shipped my package and they damaged it. UPS HQ did great in handling the claim but the store itself which had to provide paperwork to HQ did not feel it was very important. They took a couple of weeks to send the right paperwork. Ignoring me every time I called. I called today and asked to speak to a manager. I am still on hold been 40 minutes. Management does not take their position seriously. I strongly suggest any other outlet - UPS/FedEx or US Postal. Just don't start the package from this location.
