All is good until you need some type of customer service on a lost package. Then things are not so good. You are not the shipper the UPS Store is and you are at their mercy. I have been a loyal customer of this location for almost 20 years (before they were the UPS store) and it appears that that loyalty is one sided. I expected so much more. Very disappointed.
