HYATT REGENCY CAMBRIDGE

I stayed for a total of 3 nights and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautiful and has wonderfully updated rooms. The staff is exceptionally helpful and the views of the river Charles and the Boston skyline are spectacular!

Great hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the river. Rooms are big and stylish decor. It's a little isolated, not many shops or restaurants in the immediate area, nor public transport. Stay clear of the premium wifi, it runs at the same speed as the free wifi.

The room was very nice and the staff were helpful. Good breakfast at the restaurant too.

Rooms were average with fairly hard beds, but the inside of the hotel was very nice. View of the city was gorgeous.

One of the best places to watch the fourth of July fireworks.

Visited this hotel for a conference and found the food and service to be top notch. The quality of the dinner service was excellent. I also hung around for tea and found the food quality to be very high. It's also centrally located close to MIT and the airport. Hence I found it easy to commute around

The place is in serious need of an update. Paying $400 a night during graduation week is way steep! The water pressure in the showers is in need of some TLC and omg my standup shower needs a lot of repair

Location is great, however the hotel is showing its age.

Older hotel about to go through renovation. Not close to much via foot but there is a shuttle to the train. Easy commute into downtown. Long walk to Fenway.

Comfortable bed, quiet, good food, great location -- can be out on the Esplanade for a run in 100 feet.

Nice rooms, great view. Only complaint is that the food is so expensive and if you want to feasibly eat you have to order or go out.

Very well designed hotel, helpful and friendly staff.

My sister and I could not get a balcony room without paying more(upgrade fee) which was not said to me ahead of time or offered. We had a not so satisfactory breakfast at the restuarant inside. The only thing offered in the health spa was a small pool and a sauna built for 3 people that i almost mistaked for a closet area in the womens locker room (dirty) and a couple exercise machines which had dirty towels hanging around them. I was very upset with the service and cleanliness of the area.

Staff is friendly. Weight room was decent. They had dumbbells up to 50, a smith machine, 2 barbells, and a few other machines. The pool was nice. Two lanes for adults to do laps in and one lane for kids to swim in. The views from the rooms were okay, unless you have the misfortune of getting a room that looks at the parking garage.

Nice hotel with spacious rooms. The view from the room, overlooking Boston across the Charles River was just amazing. Definitely recommend this place for Boston visits.

Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at during my road trips. I will definitely stay here if I visit Cambridge/Boston again.

The cleanliness and ease of checking in was great but the best aspect was the customer service experience.

Our room was over looking the river. Such a relaxing stay. Very clean throughout the hotel. The staff were very friendly and would definitely stay again. Love the patio over looking the Charles River.

Spacious, but older room. Big swimming pool, but old tiny weird gym. Alright overall.

Location was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Very clean. I ordered room service and they were very polite and courteous. Both people I dealt with at the front desk were very friendly as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay and if I have to stay in a hotel again I definitely will choose the Hyatt Regency to stay at.

Food was excellent. View was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with professional staff and an excellent restaurant.

The room was great in terms of being clean, everything was functioning and the bed was comfortable. The check in and out processes were painless. Unfortunately, being on the second floor facing a busy roadway did not help when the traffic started at 430 AM. The windows did not deaden the sound from the traffic at all.

Dirty rugs, cold water only, torn privacy curtain, that the staff did not see, that was my first room, which I quickly asked them to change. Looks pretty but not so great. Breakfast was a good compliment, got to let the public know.

The views are the best part of this hotel and the service is not far behimd- warm n welcoming and eager to please. The only downside is the food. Steak tips tasted poached; shrimp was overseasoned and some of the side dishes r unrecognizable either by sight or by taste. So sad.

My bf surprised me with a weekend away and it was wonderful. Pool was great food was ok and staff was very kind.

The pool was closed all day without warning. And worst of all inside of the desk draw In our room there was some kind of drug residue and scratches from people cutting out lines of something like pills or coccain I would not recommend this place

The staff went out of their way to help us out. They were nothing but courteous, and I can't wait to make my next trip back.

My husband and I had the opportunity to attend the wedding of friends (who happen to be a gay, interracial couple) at the Hyatt in Cambridge this past weekend. Between the ceremony being held in the lawn tent and adjoining green, to the dinner and dancing on the top floor the venue was amazing. But what made the event so special was the staff. We were treated like royalty by people who seemed to really enjoy, and certainly excelled, at their work. I would highly recommend this establishment for a function or gathering of any type!

Had an average burger at their restaurant. Burger did not come out hot. It was cooked, but just felt like it had hung out while the other good was being prepared.

I was only there to drop someone off. I did not go inside.

These people leave you seated in a Lobby for two hours just to get a room key. And Don't inform you before booking that the check in time is 4pm. If check out time is noon, do they need 4 hours to clean a room?... I knew that my room was ready, but they put me to wait anyway. This is Just a 3 star hotel

The conference venue was nice and able to fit everyone comfortably. Lunch was clearly supposed to be outside, but it was raining so we had to be in a tent instead. There wasn't any space between the tent and the hotel so we didn't get wet on the way out, and it was big enough to be mistaken for another room at first.

This is the best Hyatt I've ever stayed at. I love the elevator that looks out over the lobby, I love the views of the water, and I liked the service. The staff was really helpful and attentive.

Hotel is older and could use a refresh ir just better maintenance. Sink continued running if not turned off in a certain way, could hear people in other rooms and traffic quite clearly outside, and TV didn't work. Staff is friendly though and beds are comfortable. Location also isn't the best...

Very good conference facility. Numerous breakout rooms and a very spacious ballroom. Kept clean and excellent food service.

We had a company event here and the setting and food were both very good

Good - Location. Bad - Rooms are small, very little drawer space. Not up to the mark of Hayatt i have stayed in other places.

Nice location on the Charles River. Easy to MIT area and neighborhoods. A bit difficult to commute in and out of from other parts of the city, but, so is everything in Boston. Build some straight roads for the love of God. Room was comfortable and the staff was helpful the little that I interacted. Would stay again!

The hotel and is conference service is good, but the fire alarm rang erreneously...Overall its OK

Zephyr restaurant was nice enough to prepare for a Thanksgiving dinner and the room was nice.

They try to squeeze every penny from you. Location is good, facility is average.
Even for guests parking is $35. Everything is bloody expensive.

You can't go wrong with this brand. Great location and seems like the building has been here a while. Inside upgrades are very modern as far as the lobby and great rooms. Individual unit was decent and clean. Security is modernized. It felt very safe. Some chattiness by the elevators so know that some rooms are squeezed into the existing real estate so they're directly across from the elevators. You might request to avoid when you book.

Rooms are small and not all have a good view. Customer service just helping to check in.
