I stay at Hyatt hotels a lot and this not a good one. Wifi is super slow, even when you upgrade. Shower needed mechanical maintenance and the bed was not comfortable. The hotel is awkwardly located in Cambridge meaning the hotel has to have a shuttle running but the van they use is not good for families or your average traveler. Expensive for the privilege as well.
The Hyatt was a great place to stay in Boston. It was very centrally located to everything. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly.
Great hotel, it has awesome views, the gym is perfect and they also have an indoor pool. Rooms are ok in size but beds are very comfy.

Polite staff, clean hotel. It's a tad dark and it's certainly a business hotel and during the day the many conference attendees will be utilising every spare space and seat.
Walking distance to MIT. Short Uber ride to Harvard. Right by the river walking/running and biking path. Nice rooms, clean, comfortable and the hotel fitness/pool area is nice. Didn't eat breakfast there but looked yummy! Has a nice coffee/snack shop on site
Place is an absolute rip off. I'm not exactly a cheapskate but this place had outrageous costs. Room was average at best but at $220/night, I would expect something slightly better. "Standard wifi (dial up)" is provided but if you would like regular wifi, it's an additional $12+/night. The kicker? $40 for overnight parking. Is this a joke? Highway robbery
We enjoyed our stay here. The location is convenient, rooms are comfortable, and service was great.
Had lunch at Zephyr. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Very good option if you are looking for a business lunch location.
We were especially pleased with the staff, both Sherrone at the front desk and Roger in the restaurant. Getting such service is becoming more and more uncommon. We certainly recommend the hotel.

Outstanding service. Breathtaking view from both sides of hotel overlooking Boston and The Charles River. Very comfortable rooms. No hotels have these features. I recommend this beautiful hotel.
The satellite television does not function well, there is not enough seating in the lobby or anywhere, the food is overpriced, and the gym/pool are inaccessible. My shower leaked from several openings onto the floor, and they try to scam you by giving you water bottles that you think are free but are two dollars a piece on your bill. The rooms are clean, but it is rather small. No fridges/microwaves, and I had a relatively expensive room as well.
Prices were good for my stay and the room was sufficiently spacious.
Clean, good services. Riverview rooms are very nice. Expect a bit more from a four star tho.
Clean, convenient, warm hospitality, wonderful food and friendly efficient staff. Had a very nice stay of 6 nights. Complimentary breakfast was quite sumptuous and very satisfying.

The hyatt offers an amazing value for your money, usually at a much lesser cost than other hotels in the area. The staff are very friendly and nice, and the views of some of the rooms are just amazing (try to get a river view). The rooms have a very handy arrangement, where there is a separation between the room and the bathroom with a little arwa ehere one can work. I founs this useful when going woth my kids, you kind of have a little of privacy and while they sleep you can have some space to yourself.
A great hotel, a bit far from anything worth doing. Walkable, but a hike to food or nightlife.
Expensive price for a cheap room. I found a little bit of blood(looks like blood) on my sheets when I checked in. I can hear my neighbor s voice in my bathroom. The only good thing is that the location is great.
Beautiful views of Boston reflected in the Charles River.the room was perfect in every way.The hotel is a bit dated but perfectly cleaned and maintained.the lobby is great ,the restaurant and bar are excellent they even have a coffee shop/convenience store .I highly recommend this hotel.close enough to downtown without the hassle,[parking,traffic,noise,price,crowds...]
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean with big beautiful windows. We had a lovely view!! Great location, right on the river! They also have a shuttle that will take you to 4 different places!

Decent hotel. Really our only complaint was that everything was overpriced. The bottles of water in your room are $2. I didn't even dare to touch the toiletries or coffee that are typically complimentary for fear of being charged. The restaurant was also insanely overpriced. I expected to pay a little more but $9.50 for a bowl of oatmeal and $16.00 for eggs and toast is a bit much. Other than the overpriced extras, we had a very nice and quiet stay.
Heater was broken in my room, which made for a very chilly and sleep-depriving stay. A friend of mine had a similarly subpar experience in his case a light beneath his bed intended to turn on only when motion was detected stayed on all night.
It was great, I will recommend it and will stay again

Ask for the quieter rooms when checking in. The rooms are generally fine but lacking attention to detail - iron was broken, the bathroom didn't smell great! Service was decent at the front desk and sorting queries out.
Great location right on the Charles that is great if you are a runner or cyclist looking to get some exerciser in woke on your trip. Rooms are great add are the river and city views.

It was a nice enough building. Parking was expensive but you get it free or discounted for overnight stay. Nice amenities and a renovated interior.
The front desk service and general customer service needs a LOT of improvement. Both front desk staff and concierge staff that are walking around the hotel behave and appear uncaring. The room service and restaurant service, including in-room we're very good, as was the quality of the food.
Nice place. I stayed here in 2018 for Pearl Jam concerts at Fenway Park. The prices for parking anywhere in Boston is ridiculous and this hotel is no different, $30 if you park yourself, $40 for Valet. Here's a tip from your good ole Uncle Mike, park back on Vassar Street behind the hotel. The side closest to the hotel is absolutely free to park (which I found amazing and the best kept secret in all of Boston), the other side you feed a meter a dollar or two per hour and it's free after 6pm so get there around 5-6pm and only pay for one hour until the next morning, you will have to be out there at 8am I think to either feed the meter or move your car. Cheers!

I had the worst experience at this hotel. Housekeeping came into our room with the Do Not Disturb sign on AND touched our things. They ended up removing all our food from the fridge and took our fridge while we were not even in the room. Staff here is very unprofessional and unhelpful. Very rude to customers and extremely unapologetic. Worst experience with hotel staff I have ever had.
Stayed here on a business trip. The room was clean, had good wifi connection and that was pretty much all I needed for my stay.
Room "with a view of the city" actually just had a view of the back of a building. Very clean rooms. The blanket situation could've been better (wrapping a Down Comforter with a huge sheet is weird, buy duvet covers). The lady that checked me in in the morning wasn't too friendly, but the lady that checked my coworker in at night was super nice. Had a faulty hairdryer, which was replaced right away.
Everything I expected from Hyatt. In town at a busy time, got a room with a view of the campus at a good price. Buy the breakfast on checkin.

This hotel is gorgeous! Great location...only a few minutes from Fenway. The staff was wonderful too! I didn't eat at the restaurant there, but it looked really nice.

Room is nice and clean. Staff at the reception is very friendly and informative. When I was there, their elevators were down. The hotel staff quickly made adjustments to direct the guests using various routes.
