Excellent work at getting the bike tuned up. I do this yearly as it keeps my bike in top notch condition. They basically take the drive train apart and put it back together again

I have been in to the cycle loft a few times for spare odds and ends. I never feel particularly welcome, and get very little interaction. Catching someone on a bad day is understandable, it happens. Catching them multiple times makes me take my money elsewhere.
