It has all the comforts of a resort. More contemporary than other communities. But that changes over time with updating going on. My Connecticut met others from that state; others same the same (from CA to NY to Virginia).
Developer has great track record and in the last three years we have seen them live up to every promise. Well managed community and a place we are happy to call home.

A great new golf course in Leland. A little pricey but worth it for the most peaceful and serene course in the area. Also quite challenging but beautifully laid out. Can't wait until the rest of the second course is finished.

Beautiful gated community. I liked it before the golf course was done but even better now that it is done. Community center and pool area are great. Feels like a resort. Driving through the community is great with all the wooden bridges. Landscaping is very nice as well.
