Our family was sold on Compass Pointe after our first visit. We loved the tropical feel of Compass Pointe and the amenities that were already in place and what was planned for the future. The people we met were warm, welcoming and engaging.

We chose Bill Clark Homes as our builder and have been very pleased with the building process and their professionalism from design to build.

We are excited to be taking advantage of the Wilmington waterfront on the Cape Fear River and the beaches nearby.
