Changed to A2 last week after having been with 1and1 for eight years. 1and1 were fine - as long as nothing went wrong. But if you had a problem, forget it!
A2 could not be more different. I had a couple of issues setting up and getting data transferred, but these guys went out of their way to help....

It took 25 days to solve email bounced back issue due to their use of MailChannels outbound SPAM filtering until the support advise me to use an email address with my domain name at my site then the issue is solved and I appreciate the persistent customer service.
