As newbies on website development, we were finding the process confusing and frustrating. We had submitted a work order but the email response was not helpful and assumed a level of understanding and experience beyond our scope. One phonecall to tech support helped resolve our issues -- the wait time was minimal (minute or two), and the support staff was patient and helpful. He actually walked me through several steps and webpages to get us up and ready. Feeling confident that we can now proceed on our own (with the help of tutorials, etc.)
