Everyone can see the promises that A2 make to join up...easy to set up, they will do it all for you, guaranteed...This is just manufactured statements to reel you in! The minute you commit to hosting, the customer service and the promises go out the window. Sheer incompetence and total omission of customer care! They actually do not set up anything like they promised, they just send you instructions that only IT professionals can understand. Chat support techs also only send you instructions, they don't actually fix anything! They just fob you off to move on to the next chat.
1 week now and my website only just became visible and my emails still do not work!! IT has cost me lots of website down time and around 15 hours following up and still not set up.
