I ordered their service through a2hosting. Did not receive anything. I asked for a refund for products not received and kept emails explicitly stating no access or products, and confirmed cancellation. Still have not heard from them in 2 weeks. Go to AWS or Google cloud for vps hosting. They will steal your money!
