Exact Software

A problem with Exact's scanning service for 2 weeks now, which is why many invoices were first scanned and then manually booked again. Exact should have resolved this neatly by not invoicing the scan service these weeks !!

Never start. Very expensive, changing agreements about prices without being informed. You suddenly receive an invoice with an amount for which you have never agreed. Malfunctioning program. Employees often do not know the answers to a problem when you contact us.

Have been trying to get in touch for a week and a half to get someone on the line. Only get half-baked answers and you are referred from one to the other but there is no decent answer.

Program is old-fashioned. Many basic functions such as paying via IDeal when sending an invoice and accepting an offer online can not be offered.

Entrepreneur? Then do not opt for this accounting program. This is great for larger companies with a controller, but not for someone who prefers to spend his or her time on something other than accounting. I switched to Moneybird after a week and I really like that.

I have requested a trial subscription from Exact online. I could try this for free for 30 days. Then I was called several times by the Sales department with if they could help me further and if I wanted to buy it. Well fine, after a week decided to buy it. No more nice phone calls or emails since then. No, the trial subscriptions have ended immediately and you can just start paying immediately. The software is very complicated and takes a lot of time to master. There are training courses and online videos that you can use to get started. But still a clumsy package. And also very expensive. Canceled terminated three days after the date on which "actually" the subscription would start. And just before the end of the month. It was clear to us that we had to pay this month. But we had to take an extra month extra. Ridiculous! When you call Exact Online you will be sent from the locker to the wall. I was connected at least 4 times before I got the right person on the phone. They do not empathize with the situation. You have signed the General Conditions and you simply have to pay. In short: Complex system, not customer-friendly, but quick responses to emails and complaints.

I received a discount subscription through ING. it was not made clear that this was temporary. canceling appears to be very difficult. Very unfortunate this company without service!

Due to Exact's mistake, they suddenly try, after 5 years, to collect from a non-existing account. No phone call or email, direct account blocked and now make payment through collection agency. And do it if you're crazy.

Exact is out the day before the sales tax return deadline. How often this has not happened. You should be able to see that coming !!! Ridiculous and unacceptable.

We use Exact Online and a conversion was done for last 2 bookyears. We have an old server where we want to export from Globe to online (to remove old server). After 2 hours on the phone and talked to multiple people, nobody can help. Support is awful, nobody cares. If you have doubts: Choose another company. Even 1 star rating is to much.

Pay attention! The good reviews with / without explanation are not reliable! Will be made in self-interest. In reality it is a very expensive company with nice talk. Where your beer brand comes from! If you close an abonement, they may change rules and prices and change them in their favor suddenly you may only make 100 invoices per month. Every extra invoice 5 euros no no 5 cents !!!! 5 whole euros !!! Watch out for this!

Very nice structured and infrastructure in office. Location is too good. Have a great life for employees. Having a nice cafeteria, meeting tables and gym.

Exact is not really a company that is customer friendly, after using Exact for 25 years, I quit my company 2 months too late, so that according to the contract I now have to pay a full year's contribution while I no longer use it . I also do not understand their accounts .. paid a bill in early December .. will the bailiff come in mid-January ??? talking about accounting packages.

Use now exactly 3 years online. It is a time-consuming program and when I made them in Word I was ready by a factor of 10. Help desk does nothing if you ask something and are uninterested. Think they know that they are selling a worthless product and that entrepreneurs are enjoying themselves. It is also a drama that if you send business invoices and you have to be prepared for that and you get an amaturistic look from a private individual with regard to Mr Bla Bla with lots of spaces in between. If you would like an online invoice program then at least do not choose this because it will cost you a lot of annoyance and time

What a bad old fashioned application. The support is even worse if possible. Really not recommended, it is a user-unfriendly package with a lot of bugs. Nice perhaps for an accountant, but certainly not for an entrepreneur who has to do it.
