I have requested a trial subscription from Exact online. I could try this for free for 30 days. Then I was called several times by the Sales department with if they could help me further and if I wanted to buy it. Well fine, after a week decided to buy it.
No more nice phone calls or emails since then. No, the trial subscriptions have ended immediately and you can just start paying immediately. The software is very complicated and takes a lot of time to master. There are training courses and online videos that you can use to get started. But still a clumsy package. And also very expensive.
Canceled terminated three days after the date on which "actually" the subscription would start. And just before the end of the month. It was clear to us that we had to pay this month. But we had to take an extra month extra. Ridiculous!
When you call Exact Online you will be sent from the locker to the wall. I was connected at least 4 times before I got the right person on the phone. They do not empathize with the situation. You have signed the General Conditions and you simply have to pay.
In short: Complex system, not customer-friendly, but quick responses to emails and complaints.
