Rex did an incredible job. I have been to other shops in Metro Detroit and they simply don't compare. Engraving Connection went out of their way to get my order done.

went there to have a spoon engraved and asked if they were able to engrave it because there was not much space. when we came to pick it up sadly it was scratched and the engraving was not aligned correctly. it was OFF the centerline. the first letter was even hardly to read completely. OK. they did take care of the scratch but when we mentioned we were not satisfied with the engraving the owner got rude, just wanted to refund the money and get us out of the shop. so if I could I would give zero stars. do not bring items with high value or do not expect much!

I came here to get a plaque for a school project and had no problems. They were helpful and the product was great.

The service was perfect. I was promised mock-up to be emailed the next day, when in fact it was sent that afternoon. My wall sign was produced the next morning to my exact specifications. Staff is very friendly and polite. Overall great experience.

The day b4 valentine's day I was at a loss for what to get my husband and I had this great idea to take his watch and have it engraved by the time u got there and yes were talking about the day b4 and the place was closing she not only have the watch engraved but also baught a pocket bulova withers the back and box engraved absolutely amazing he was so happy

They go above and beyond making your vision for your engraving item come to be. They are invested in your satisfaction. I am a multiple repeat customer and have many important dates documented by their skills!

Plenty of other places to get engraving done besides this company. The counter person is aggressive, rude, and outwardly disrespectful. I made a couple of phone calls from their parking lot and made other arrangements in minutes with friendlier staff. I'm glad I went to another company to get my work completed, for less money, and faster service with a sales person who was accommodating and pleasant to coordinate the request. Plain and simple, go elsewhere for your engraving needs; you'll be happier you did. (Unfortunately, you have to give one star in order to post the review - should be a zero option based on the "service"). Per their review - I was willing to provide a digital image of the t-shirt that was brought in as an example. Then the request was for a discretized image - so they keep changing the rules. I was in a position to provide a high-resolution image, but not to the exacting specifications they kept changing. Basically, the "service" staff should have said they did not want to do the work in the first place. Also, I did not swear (albeit I probably said "hell" as in "The counter person does not know what the hell they are doing"). And yes, I raised my voice in order to get your attention as the counter person simply kept interrupting me. The counter person left in a huff (and certainly did not seem frightened) and told another person from the back to come out and provide assistance. She had manners and was useful.

We use Engraving Connection for plaques/awards for work. They are fantastic - quick to get jobs done, affordable, quality work. Really couldn't be happier.

Amazing work done here. He's been doing this stuff for 30+ years so he has what it takes to get your job done in a timely fashion. I wanted a tailpiece from my guitar engraved to salute my favorite rock band and it turned out nothing short of incredible, A+

Had a picture frame done for my wife s first Mother s Day. They did an absolutely fantastic job. She s going to love it. Everyone is incredibly nice as well. If I ever need any kind of engraving done again, I m coming right back here.

Great quality and service. Things Remembered only does work on their own products or warns you they could mess something up if you bring it in from some other store. Not Engraving Connection AND they have things they sell too! Onsite parking as well so you don t have to trek a mile through a mall!

Excellent Service! I found their service to be, not only super friendly, knowledgeable and professional; but timely and reasonably priced! I took 2 unique items to them to engrave, unusual placement and products--they helped me and guided me! I so appreciated it! I had them engrave a Leatherman Multi-tool for my son for his 18th birthday. So if by chance he set it down, it has his name on it (he would be able to tell his apart/get his own back) and "18th birthday" to commemorate his birthday. In my family, this was such a big hit, that my daughter wanted one! So they helped me pick out a lovely font for her Leatherman Multi-tool and had it done in time for her Birthday! Had the Engraving Connection do a laser engraving for a small project, which turned out great! Their prices are very reasonable and the timing was good. They have a great little old-school shop with many capabilities.

There are a lot of businesses that will engrave trophies and plaques and other trinkets But not all can handle small items including jewelry. I will be recommending Engraving Connection to all of my friends who are looking for these types of services. I was very pleased with the quality of work and extra fast turnaround time on my small quantity order of six memorial lockets. I was looking all around Macomb & Oakland counties for a shop that could do engraving same day, just a few pieces. Let me tell you, this was the only place that could help me and allow me to keep my tight deadline! The lockets are beautiful now, because they are customized with mom s name, and my siblings we re so happy to see them. The price was right. I appreciate how they are very transparent with what you are getting and how long it will take. They tell you upfront if the work can be done or not. I feel like they work with you to help get the best possible outcome. The clerk that helped me was very friendly and kind and understanding of my family s situation. I would leave more stars if I could. Engraving Connection went above and beyond to provide my family with a bit of comfort during a difficult time.
