Brainberry

Cultural guards closely watched my movements. Cheerful and friendly receptionist from the dry cleaner KIMS, raised her spirits again ...

Large business center with a bunch of guards. In terms of visiting is not very convenient. Parking is only underground, where there are places. Expensive! Smoking room only on the street, on the road. Dogs, all the bombs in the parking lot are looking for. Most of all I am afraid of people who are afraid of someone :)

It's a cheap car parking in underground parking, and next to it there are virtually no options

Everything is very beautiful and comfortable! But, there is no parking, only underground

Possibly the best office spaces in the city. The view is perfect.

The second (third, etc.) parking payment kiosks can be placed downstairs on the parking floors. Or think about a pocket on the road. Residents don't need this anyway - and guests can get confused. For indicators of free parking spaces - a big save

A good place and a nice atmosphere, and on the top is also a good view

In the boorish parking lot, management should change staff

Beautiful, clean, practical center. Comfortable halls for workshops with optimal number of places, good sound insulation and air conditioning. Inside there is a bar and dining room.

Very stylish business center. A lot of offices, a cool restaurant on the 1st floor. Has its own underground parking, there is a gym. Everything is arranged at the highest level.

Everything is cool and beautiful, the contingent is appropriate. Excellent coworking, dining room, restaurant, sofas in the lobby, new post office. The only place to park is to look. And parking is not cheap (if you need it for a long time)

The staff is competent. Everything is beautiful. Expensive parking.

Nice modern business center. Modern Reception, Waiting Area and Cafe.

nice office center, but with the columns in artificial leather overdo it :) in the course of comfortable chairs. great view of the city from the roof!

I do not know anything about it. I use only charging for electric cars in the parking lot. All is well. Parking is much more expensive than charging. Sometimes it does not fit within 30 minutes (. But there is fast charging of the second type

Good system but 8th floor very bad behaving receptionist

This is the first class A + business center in Kiev, a 19-storey innovative business center, the main advantages of which are the unique views from the windows of the building to the green banks of the Dnieper and the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra. Cool design solutions, such as green balconies on floors of all levels, energy-efficient construction, design style make this business center one of the best in Kiev. The business center features flexible layouts and the most modern air conditioning and microcontrol system capable of creating a microclimate for each office, depending on the needs. Also in this business center is one of the Sport Life.

It is remarkable that in Ukraine they began to build business centers of European standards. I attended the educational event and was pleasantly surprised.

Messed up parking payment system, ugly and extremely inconvenient

Stylish, modern business center, convenient for events and conferences and training courses. On the 1st floor there is a restaurant where you can have a hearty meal, there is also a gym and a helipad.

A wonderful view of the Dnipro and the city. The original architecture of the building, modern offices, high-speed elevators. Parking problem.

The best business center I've seen in Kiev! Today (it s even 2020) he is amazing!

Excellent location: aesthetically pleasing, stylish, convenient - ideal for work and business events ... The location is also pleasing, but parking is a pain.

An excellent Business Center, without a crowd near the elevators (as is usual in other business centers), there is an underground parking, an upgraded Sport Life category, a canteen, a cafe and a cool COIN restaurant. They also have a helipad (which can be rented for events) and the view from this site is simply Bombic, and in general the view from the offices is also very steep! But, I would like to note that in terms of the price category, this business center and its entire infrastructure is designed for people with a well-fed wallet, but you will also receive an appropriate service - at the highest level.

Favorite place. Always cool interior, luxury sports life with panoramic views, a chic coffee shop on the ground floor.

Very beautiful and comfortable business center, there would be more of them in our city))

Pleasant business center. Discussed a scenario for a corporate event. I will make a holiday for friends with a cover band, karaoke, practical jokes and tricks;)

There is an open terrace from which Kiev is visible. It can be rented for corporate events.

From the pros - modern and convenient. Cons - architecture is not clear what is outside, what is inside. Fat, brutal. Such is the style of "Lakshiri for the uninitiated."

A very cool business center, really the maximum implementation of an archetypal idea with excellent content.

There are no discounts on parking for tenants and employees, so all the yards and streets around are parked from eight in the morning. And so too narrow a street is parked that it is difficult to disperse - a traffic jam is formed. I consider it a pity to take such a price from my family, because people spend all their working time here. And so BC is good. Even, I would say, status.

Very cool business center. Meets the level of the center of the capital

It is not realistic to park a car around the center.

Nice, comfortable, clean, nice office space, a good place for dinner, tasty and good prices.

Very pleasant conference space. Safety at its best. An interesting incident happened in the conference room. I came to the conference and left the electric unicycle in the closet. Pulling the electric unicycle from under the table, I scratched the wall. Coming out of the dressing room, he knocked a little bit with other visitors in a tight space and dropped the wheel on the carpet. The damage is insignificant, but the administration is very meticulous. All the same, class A + business center. They identified me by camera, found me, called me and billed me for 2000 UAH. Now I know that carpet in IQ business tower costs 1290 UAH per m2, and paint 411 UAH per liter. Be careful with the property and premium finishes of this BC. An unpleasant aftertaste remained, but the approach is very correct. All the same, class A + business center

Prestigious. Perfect place. Full service for offices.

Decent place. Beautiful interior filled with beautiful people. Always happy to come back here. Recommend.

There is a problem with parking during working hours, there s no place to park the car

The most modern and sophisticated infrastructure. A place where customers and visitors are taken care of. Cool place!

Business center for conferences. Convenient, warm, comfortable.

Inconvenient parking. On departure it turned out that you had to pay inside. Drive downhill, not every driver can handle it

He was in the conference room. Pretty nice and solid. Not convenient exit from the parking lot, narrowly.

The business center is good and premium. Some smart elevators are worth something. It's nice to come there every day. But there is not enough decent dining for employees. Wlunch very questionable quality.

Not the most beautiful business center in the city, especially in such a chic place. Appreciate the architecture yourself)))

Cool place for having a conference, comfortable places and atmosphere. Really enjoyed being here!

Here sat down the richest Kiev entrepreneurs and businessmen ...

Like in Europe. And, everything. Overall a very nice, great restaurant

Beautiful, solidly, high quality, but there is a violation of the law, to get inside require a passport and did not just show up and leave at the reception

One of the best business centers. There is a convenient, paid parking space. Guard always knows where you are. If you get lost, you will quickly find it. The lifts go to the floor on which they were called. A passport is required to obtain a passport.

A modern luxury complex. Convenient elevator, world-class security, there are several cafes, a canteen, a sports complex, floristry is selling in the lobby. But very expensive parking

The place inspires new projects and the place where you want to work.

Duoo is beautiful and very expensive ... space, but not quite conveniently located. However, you forget about it when you see the landscape from the upper floors ...

Really premium! Everything is fine, I didn t even want to leave. Parking a little expensive of course, 30 UAH. An hour, probably this is an important part of the operator s income ! But you can have a great meal up to 100 UAH for lunch

One of the most promising and image of commercial real estate is located in the picturesque corner of Kiev.

Conference rooms are spacious enough and well equipped. The organization is also at a good level. The location is perfect for large-scale meetings, seminars and other events of this type.

There is nowhere to leave the car, everything is parked. At the entrance there are many places for VIPs.

Everything is done well, comfortable offices. Good dining room

One of the few business centers with good external architecture. Of the 20 floors, only 5 are occupied by tenants. The view from the panoramic windows is gorgeous.

Extremely beautiful building. One of the best modern buildings in Kyiv. It looks like has been made of glass.

Was at a seminar in the conference room. Excellent business center! Modern, stylish, with good service. P.S. and with a warm parking that so pleases in a cold winter)

Five-star business-center. There is excellent fitness-club here
