Disappointing Experience I have placed an order for 3 bags on 14 Feb 2023. Paid the amount upfront. Got confirmation and Tracking Id on 14th Feb, 2023. The link where track order status can be checked doesn’t mention tentative delivery date or shipping details. After that no update. Sent a mail, No response. Contacted them on Instagram, Facebook no response received. Called on the customer care, phone rings but no one picks up. Now I am worried whether my order will be delivered, if not will I get my refund.
Zouk has the right mix of unique products and efficient service. I'd totally recommend it.

Not trustworthy. Be ware. Products seem to be good so far but after sale service is pathetic. They literally disown you after purchase and Every mail response you get from them is a cheap lie. Never owning up to their words. Not a trustworthy brand. They have disabled insta comments and most of Google reviews are bad which proves they are not customer centric. Only good thing was I got both the products I ordered. Many have complaints that only part of the order is delivered. Their refund and return policy is a sham. Buy at your own risk.

Although it was delivered late but the product was good in look and quality wise so editing my rating from 1 star to 3 star. Worst customer service ever... After 5 days of ordering when I did not receive any tracking update from them I mailed them and that is when they said the product was out of stock but they will try to restore ot on priority. Later after 2 days again I Mailed them asking to change the product incase the one I ordered was still not available else to refund me but they didn't replay. I requested them to reply and update me but they were not responding.Its been 10 days and no update from them. It was a gift for my friend and now I don't know whether it will ever be delivered or I just lost my money. There is no contact no. available, they can be contacted only through mail.
I recently bought an office handbag from their website. And it is the best bag I have ever purchased. The material is good quality and the bag feels sturdy, with lots of space inside and different compartments. The delivery was also quick. Overall, a very positive experience. Lots of good designs to choose from. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst online shopping platform..product quality is extremely poor..improper finishing and vegan leather quality is also not good...no return/exchange policy..complete waste of money.
I recently bought a wallet on their website.It was nothing like the picture of the product they displayed online,it looked cheap and dull.So naturally I mailed them about return and refund.But I was lied to right in my face,they said that they do not entertain returns or exchange but on the contrary they have a page on refund policy which says they will exchange or offer refunds for a product.These shamelessly fradulent people were clever enough to not mention any clear detail regarding the process of refund or exchange so that they can simply say they do not offer either of them when a customer requests for a return or exchange.Please do not shop on their website because you never know what kind of product you receive and ofcourse you do not want to waste your money on these suckers who do not accept returns or exchanges and on top of that you do not even have a COD or a proper customercare service where you can talk to a person about your issue.Clearly they are money swindlers who are waiting to trap any person who visists their website.So my sincere request to everyone please do not get wooed by their pretty product pictures.

Worst customer support experience... No exchange and Return Policy.. I purchased Tidal wave Chain wallet and Tidal wave Handbag assuming both will have same quality finish. Fortunately the Chain wallet s amazing but the handbag does not match standard Zouk set with Chain wallet. Worst n cheap quality leather used for Handbags... On Zouk site onky positive reviws are posted. My -ve review is still in scrutiny and I doubt it will make to reviews.
I ordered a laptop bag and a wallet on prepaid but the package had only laptop bag. I have been mailing and calling ever since but with no response. I think the company is a fraud. Order #119900. I will soon be filing a fraud complain against them now. No other choice left. Can anyone provide me a number where I can call?

I got my zouk bag recently, and i cant believe that is so spacious . I can put anything from heavy to light , like everything, my lunch, my books, my whole routine accessories too. Vegan products .. Bags are good but a little over priced . I had ordered for rust brown colour but received dark brown . Inspite of repetitive mails to them to resolve the issue no response at all . Pathetic after sales service. Google reviews are fake most of them except for a few . All same time period with just 1 review.

Just revieved my zouk handbag in ikat marcowave print and I was pretty surprised with the amount of space it had! Wasn't expecting it. The finish is good and the most importantly why I fell in love with their bag is cause it's vegan leather and pretty affordable! I have never had such worst experience anywhere!! I had placed order for two wallets . Received only one after Paying full amount. Later when i checked back, they asked me for proof. I shared all that i had from the amount that i paid till the invoice that i received, the photo of the product and the shipment displaying quantity of product as 01. They told they will be sending and will reach in 5 Days. After that i have updates on that shipment. They don't respond to my mails . And they are not ready to even refund my money! Does not deserve even one star. They have a problem with me posting true facts like this . So they send me mails to not post false reviews. In fact they replied me only after i added review here !

Scam artists. Order 5332. You've taken the money, you've been active on messenger. However, you say you've shipped but you don't provide a tracking number. And when I try to contact you about the order you so unprofessionally block the person, as well as delete the messages. And then you have the nerve to respond in email that I should have the courtesy to let you respond. A week after you say you sent the goods, and I don't know where the hell it is, it's all my fault. I think this is why you've disabled reviews. You've ruined a gift idea, and you're sitting on my money. Either you're just plain thieves, or you're so amateurish that you don't know how to fulfil orders. Either ways, you don't have any business running this, and you can carry on, soon you'll be out of business completely. All the best with my 4000 bucks, it will help you buying a lock for your doors, and I'll feel it's money well spent. And post delete and user block coming in 3.....2......1...... I dare you to keep this online and write about a resolution.
I bought a laptop bag from Zouk and I should say its superb. The bag is so elegant and spacious, exactly looks like how its shown in pictures. I really loved the product and its simply fabulous for office use. The only thing i wasnt to highlight is that the team should comd up with more collections or varieties as there were only few selections but what they had was good. Also would be great if they could cut down the price of the bags a bit down. Overall good experience.

I would urge the readers to go through this before considering to buy from this brand. I had ordered a wallet from Zouk and was disappointed when I saw it in person. 1. The product photo shoots will fool the customer entirely. It would not match the subtle color variations and one cannot figure out the actual feel. 2. The wallet size is too huge plus the design is sub-standard. 3. No returns or exchanges even after multiple follow-ups and the customer is dissatisfied with a very poor customer service. One can get good wallets in the same amount. They proudly use words like "vegan" in their products, I would say it s just a way to sell but the product design is not up to the mark.
This is what a laptop bag should be like. It's lightweight, very easy to carry and has space! Thank you for introducing vegan leather and thank you for your swift service (I received mine in 2 days). I look forward to buying more items from you as I need. Highly recommended!
