I would urge the readers to go through this before considering to buy from this brand. I had ordered a wallet from Zouk and was disappointed when I saw it in person.

1. The product photo shoots will fool the customer entirely. It would not match the subtle color variations and one cannot figure out the actual feel.

2. The wallet size is too huge plus the design is sub-standard.

3. No returns or exchanges even after multiple follow-ups and the customer is dissatisfied with a very poor customer service.

One can get good wallets in the same amount. They proudly use words like "vegan" in their products, I would say it s just a way to sell but the product design is not up to the mark.
