Price point for timely results isn't worth $15 a test. After talking to a rep, bulk pricing brings the tests down to $7 a pop, but you need to send in samples for their bulk testing method. In other words, they have two different test procedures. Not trusting that.
Actual crooks looking to steal your genetics for their own gene patenting.....
Hands down one of the greatest marriages of data and cannabis. Anyone with beef regarding the info they collected needs to educate themselves on plant genetics. They didnt steal anything and arent out to get anything from anyone without being fair.
Dont just pile on.

This lab claims to do sexing for cannabis plants in a timely and professional manner, neither is true. Meghan, one of their sales people was outright rude to me when I asked for a price break on a large number of plants. She proceeded to tell me they are a "professional" lab and I need to "get my budget together"- rude. However, I went ahead with the services understanding it would take up to 72 hours upon receipt of the samples. We drove them to Portland to get them there in a timely manner, and now it has been 8 full days (we are now past optimum planting time) and we still do not have our test results.. and guess what?!? They take the weekends off, so it will be at least another 2 days.
At $20k, you'd think the lab would try to keep you happy- nope. Once they have your money, good luck!
One of the greatest labs I have encountered in my years in the industry. They are working to make a database that maps strain info to related strains and similar genetics. If you actually think they can take that data and use it against other growers, you are far beyond reason and probably not in control of any of their bottom line. Educate yourself. Remember that the industry is all love.
