Disappointing Experience
I have placed an order for 3 bags on 14 Feb 2023. Paid the amount upfront. Got confirmation and Tracking Id on 14th Feb, 2023. The link where track order status can be checked doesn’t mention tentative delivery date or shipping details. After that no update. Sent a mail, No response. Contacted them on Instagram, Facebook no response received. Called on the customer care, phone rings but no one picks up. Now I am worried whether my order will be delivered, if not will I get my refund.
