I found this place on the facebook marketplace.I saw the prices and could not believe this was legit. I drove a hour just to check out a 4.1 LG soundbar with subwoofer and it was there. Along with other quality prices TVs. This is now my go to for TVs from now on.If the owner can get some dolby atmos receivers in stock,I would be in heaven!

My two visits to this business were both far less than ideal. On my first visit, the owner (John) locked a man doing roof work on the building inside the facility, basically holding him hostage, and called the police. I purchased a television and within a week, the television was not working. I called Zone Electronics and they told me to bring it back because it had a 30 day warranty. Upon bringing the TV back, i was told i could not be refunded the purchase price because it was against store policy to do so. I was open to exchanging the TV, but was only offered units that were lesser models and had defects or blemishes. In order to get any of my money back, I had to pay a 20% restocking fee which cost me about $160. In essence, he would give me a refund for a fee. So much for story policy, right? My advice to anyone looking to purchase a TV or some other electronic item: spend the few extra dollars at a reputable big box retailer and save yourself a lot of potential headache and wasted time if you run into an issue.

So as well are going through the Rona Virus! We had to go out and get a new TV. Came across Zone ZBD and found the TV we were looking for at a really good discounted rate brand spanking new! The problem when we showed up was the 75 inch would not fit in our car so John (owner) offered to drop off the TV if it was on his way home just as a kind gesture as long we gave him gas money lol! He is the most genuine, kind person and gave us a great buying experience. I recommend this store if you are looking for anything electronic especially TV s!

After viewing the advertisement on FB marketplace, I contacted ZBD view inbox @ which time he invited me to come see the Samsung 65inch Smart. Upon arrival at the warehouse location we were helped by John the owner who informed us the Samsung has just sold, ok. He then offers a Sony Bravia 55inch Smart 4K, despite the small scratch the TV had a good picture and price.
We purchased this only to find out during initial setup that there was no Manuel ok no deal breaker, then we discover the remote is not the remote to operate our model Sony.
After we returned to exchange/ order the correct remote for an addtl $20. Is when things changed. John, I am a professional business owner and as a professional courtesy just post or inform your customers that the remotes are generic basic Sony remotes. Give me that @ time of purchase not after demonstrating very bad customer service.

Place seems to be very understaffed. Good luck shopping here on weekends. 2 guys trying to take care of 6-7 different customers at once, that's a joke. They say they will get to you "soon" but you can literally be waiting for half an hour or more before being attended. They really don't have any regards for the customer's time. I left empty handed cause I had better things to do with my Saturday. Complete waist of my time.

5 stars! I came looking for a Small cheap TV and left with a big Awesome TV! Most items are open box, which are either in mint condition, or have some slight imperfection.

I went with a TV that has a line on the screen. Because of its location on the screen, It is RARELY noticeable while enjoying from The couch. Many people don t even notice it unless I point it out. So I was able to save over 70% vs if I bought at a store new.

I will be back!

Pretty good prices, all defected though. Terrible customer service. We had just left Best Buy and saw the same tv (that we picked in this store) for a similar price. Knowing this, he wouldn t give us the total price and told us HE HAD TO SWIPE THE CARD BEFORE KNOWING THE FINAL PRICE. Just so we would buy. Very shiesty and scammer like.

We only wanted the total price after he stated we would be charged 7% plus another 2-3% for using a card. He repeatedly wouldn t give a price and laughed while stating that we were being cheap (for conversing about going with the Best Buy tv that was a little more expensive, which made his statement make no sense but still disrespectful from a business). Another customer witnessed the entire situation and he couldn t believe it either.

I recommend checking online sales first as you can get the same deals, much better customer service and honesty. These TVs have scratches, dents, etc. PSA: WE LEFT THERE, and PURCHASED THE SAME TV FROM Best Buy for $17 MORE TOTAL

Great pricing. TV seems to work well so far. It is in great physical condition. I am using it as a monitor, so I think I may need a bigger desk.

Update: I had an issue with the monitor and contacted the owner, and he worked with me to resolve the issue quickly and very fairly. I will be back for additional TVs when needed!
