Staff are phenomenal! Food great. Grounds beautiful. So much fun!!!

Dropped our kid off for camp here and wanted to stay ourselves. I hear you can do that, too! The camp director also seemed like he was running a great operation. Kind-hearted counselors, a beautiful location, pretty much everything you'd hope for your kid's summer camp.

Beautiful camp with great staff. Here for a men's retreat & the staff had a servant's attitude. Hope to come back with family.

My daughter Sydney Wass LOVES coming here! She has been coming to Flat Rock for three years and has had a positive experience every time. Thanks to everyone who has had a positive impact on my child's life.

I came here with my daughter's 5th grade school trip. It was great . The students got to learn and have tons of fun at the same time. There's so much to do here! Wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is great. They are always willing to assist in any way they can. They also have family camps. I would like to go back in the future.

It's so fun and I have a great time there. You can be anyone that you want to be.

It is a great place for kids to learn about nature and have a fun time while the parents can go and have a fun time away from their kids. While the parents are gone the kids will have a fun time with their activities

We spent the day there and the entire time was filled with great activities.

We went for a field trip. Everything a kid could want to do is here, outside that is. I can that the staff was great, my son had a great time and we all learned new things. I'd love to see how a summer camp would go!

I have three grandkids ,two of them went to camp last year and cant wait to come back , they had the best time now the little one wants to go , he turns 7 years old just in time to go, just waiting on the dates to pick from, and they want to stay for two weeks not just one...love the pics.and the people are great to the kids.... What a wonderful place to take your kids your class or whatever event you want to have. The staff are very friendly and wonderful people they have lots of activities and it's a great time for the entire family or friends!

Nice camp overall, beautiful sites, fun activities, only problem is water smelled and tasted like eggs

It was a school trip. I love the concept.There were different stations. Archery and canoeing was my favorite. Kids both learnt about nature and had fun all day long.

My child loves to go there. 4 stars because we haven't been there long enough to know all about this place

My daughter loves it there. Their website kinda doesn't work well and there is lots of miscommunication but all in all a nice place.

Me as a Camper going to Flat Rock River YMCA Camp for 6 years you feel like you are at home and their are so many fun clinics that you can do for all ages for example their is fishing, free swim, soccer, Arts&Crafts, Splash and many more. As they also have a webpage that they post pictures of your kids so you as parents, grandparents, or aunt and uncles can see what your child is doing and what clinics they are doing. Ages 6-12 boys will be in the village. Ages 6-12 girls are on the Hill and Ages13-15 or 16 are in the valley witch is what I will be in next year as I started coming to camp when I was 7 as I will be 13 next year. The food is served as family style and is great food the options for vegetarian's gluten free and options for food allergies as they have a salad bar and different foods for the kids and councilors that have Food Allergies and are Gluten Free. The Father-Son Weekend is an annual bonding event with my son that we both enjoy immensely. The activities include tower climbing, shooting BB guns, archery, fishing & canoes. The activities combined with the other dads & sons having fun there makes for a great experience!

I came to this camp for two years and it's the most fun I've had and I make a lot of new friends

Flat Rock River Camp gives you a camping experience that surpasses all others. Not only is it fun, but it also teaches you values and skills you can use outside of camp. They encourage respect, responsibility, honesty, and caring. I'm proud to say I've been going to Flat Rock for almost ten years now, and I hope to work there next summer. It is truly the best camp there is, I highly recommend going.

The entire atmosphere of the place is welcoming and warm. You can tell everyone there wants to be there. The longer you stay the more you realize that it is your home away from home. The counselors seemingly have the answer to every problem, from having a burnt marshmallow to homesickness. This is truly my favorite place in the world.

Cool camp. I volunteer at this camp for my "Camp Saturday" ( a private camp) and I love the property and atmosphere. I'm hoping to have my kids attend one of the regular sessions they offer. Maxwell.

Had a really fun time there with my camp. The site is really clean and closer together than other camps, and it really feels nice walking around it. The cabins are nice and warm and pretty big, and the bathrooms are really clean. The river is beautiful to look at, especially when it freezes over. Overall, I'm looking forward for the next time I come here. The only thing I hope they good is the egg water!

Have sent both of my kids the last 9 years. I've watched it grow and improve every year and be an incredible influence on them. The staffers truly like to be there which reflects in the way they treat campers and create a family like culture. A great tradition my kids looked forward to every year. Money very well spent.
