After viewing the advertisement on FB marketplace, I contacted ZBD view inbox @ which time he invited me to come see the Samsung 65inch Smart. Upon arrival at the warehouse location we were helped by John the owner who informed us the Samsung has just sold, ok. He then offers a Sony Bravia 55inch Smart 4K, despite the small scratch the TV had a good picture and price.
We purchased this only to find out during initial setup that there was no Manuel ok no deal breaker, then we discover the remote is not the remote to operate our model Sony.
After we returned to exchange/ order the correct remote for an addtl $20. Is when things changed. John, I am a professional business owner and as a professional courtesy just post or inform your customers that the remotes are generic basic Sony remotes. Give me that @ time of purchase not after demonstrating very bad customer service.
