Great place to hang out even better place when you rent the adult party area. Food was good, pizza even better than most however the veggie salad type pasta wouldn't feed it to my enemy.

We went for the first time yesterday and we will be coming back! It was a very clean place! Staff was so nice. We had an issue with 2 different games that were easily fixed by the staff, but they gave us $25 in cards just to be nice for the inconvenience. It was so nice of them to do that even though we weren't bothered by it, they still did that for me and my husband. ALL the staff there was curteous and friendly. We ordered food and was able to eat at the table in the bowling alley. Food was very good!! Adults can order drinks as well. I asked for something with blue liquor, and the nice man there suggested the fish bowl drink, it was so good and actually looked like a fish bowl. Alleys were clean and very well kept. We enjoyed ourselves so much!!! We will be going back!!!

This place has been around for a long time but the new update is really great. This place has everything from bowling and lazer tag to video games and escape rooms. It's not the cheapest place by any means but there is plenty of fun to be had if you've got cash in your wallet (or money on your parent's credit card).

Went for our daughters 23rd Birthday, we ate at the restaurant and our waitress was Kilee She was wonderful and the food was so good. Try the wedding soup! 4 of our group did the Escape room and got out with just 5 minutes to spare! We won a big ball, played so many games and just found everyone to be so helpful and friendly. I use a wheelchair and the Accessability was perfect. I had no issues going anywhere, we also had an baby in our group and the cleanliness was 5 star. Great place for a good family evening or a date!

Such a fun place for kids and adults.

Edit 2 years later: Still great, but if you have a party, you may get a host who pretty much inserts themself in your party...

While here with my family spending my hard earned money, I ordered nachos. Everything under the first layer were complete crumbs. I returned it and spoke with a manager. Completely apathetic to the situation she told me "sometimes the bag gets bumped". I asked her quite bluntly why someone would then serve them to a customer. I guess I didn't
expect excuses, and apathy. Maybe a smile and an attempt to keep a customer. Edit: they have reached out to me in quite a lackluster, generic apology. This is just insulting.

We were there for 2 hours bowling and asked 4 people if they could take our food/drink order. Not one was able to take the order and kept saying they would send someone over to us. They lost out on a party of 8 trying to order food and drinks. We ended up leaving and will not return. Don t spend your money here.

Serious need to publicize the decibel level and borderline pornographic music videos being shown on the televisions; especially since families are bringing children to the establishment, and understandably so given that bowling alleys are often family oriented.

The atmosphere is nice, but the drinks and food my mom and I had were not what we expected. The Mojitos were horrible, most likely due to the Sierra Mist (which definitely doesn't belong in a Mojito) and the lack of mint. My mom's onion rings came out cold and the pita chips that came with the Spinach and Artichoke dip were tough. If I ever decide to go back, which I probably won't, I'll stick with beer and eat before I go. The bowling and games were cool, kids will really don't it. But not what I expected for the price. And all the staff was concerned about was getting off of work, so that may explain the horrible drinks and subpar food. I wouldn't recommend this place, but someone else may have a different experience.

Was an amazing place to hang out. The food wasnt the greatest but that's not the reason we all went! Lanes worked great didnt have any issues bowling, fast and friendly service all around. Decent size arcade with plenty of games to play. The prize selection was somewhat lacking but it was more geared towards kids. One of the best lazer tag rooms I've personally visited before and the escape rooms are awesome and well setup

My sister and I visited and had a great time. The bowling was fun, though the house shoes stick to the approach. The arcade was what we really went for, and it didn't disappoint. Lots of games that we couldn't find at home

Two stars for misleading specials. Place is "okay" for games. Bowling is good. Food at the restaurant is not very good and service is poor.

On President's Day, the kiosks you purchase cards advertised "One Free Game of Bowling and One Free Game of Laser Tag if you put $20 on a Game Card" what dont get told is if you only go to the bowling desk for the offer. The manager pretty much said, "sorry" but tough luck...if you purchase at the kiosk, the offer is not valid (even though the advertising posters don't say that). This is BS...

We went on Saturday late morning. We we're amazed at all the changes made since new ownership and all for the better. Major upgrades. The only thing that we didn't like was the music. Aside from the horrible constant teeny bopper music, the same song 3x with one song in between each time it was played.

The bowling section has some awesome games while bowling. Loved it! The arcade was lacking a little and quite a few of the games were out of order. The food was as expected. All around a great and fun experience I will do again.

Had our 11 year old sons birthday party at Zone 28 tonight and we had an absolute BLAST! I can not stress to you enough how amazing Miss Donna H is. She was our hostess and she was incredible!!! She went above and beyond to make sure that Geno and his friends had an amazing time and I didn t have to do ANYTHING. Easiest party ever! I was crying about something and she gave me a hug!! Just when I really needed it. AWESOME!

Wish we knew about this place when our older son was younger! HIGHLY recommended. We all got to play laser tag and felt like little kids again! Even the grandparents!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Creative way to bowl, if a bit cramped. You can take pics of each person for customized animations. Cute idea that adds a little something else to the experience. They also separate the bowling balls by weight, so it's easy to find them quickly for the kids and the adults.

Looks like a really fun place to play. We stopped for dinner. Probably shoulda left. Service was directed at the people bowling and playing games. We got ignored. Food was only okay when we got it. Oh well.

Extremely rude staff, highest prices you will ever find. Also, the arcade kiosks will frequently over-charge your credit card and they will not give ANY refunds, even with a receipt. The best type of quality control is refusing to spend your hard earned money at places like this.

My boyfriend and I go here quite often but I feel as though it has gotten worse over time, even with updates. We went to their restaurant that was attached and had horrible service. There were 3-4 different people 'waiting' on our table and we had to go up to the bar or find someone if we needed something (drink refills, plates, sauce, etc - all of which we had already asked for prior). Also, we were playing games one night and it was 10 minutes until close and they shut everything off after we had already paid. Another time we went, we got told that the kitchen was still open and we went to order food and got attitude from the bartenders. We loved coming here for date night, but over time the staff has gotten worse as well as the place as a whole.

The bowling was really fun. We had four people together paying for the lane, so that brought it to about $6.75 a person. It was great for the first game. My gripe is that instead of maybe charging us a bit more to finish up our second game, which we were in the eighth frame for, they cut the game off and just said "OH IT'S OVER!" Overall it killed the experience after that. Though the arcade was fun, and if I got even better at Crossy Road they better watch out haha.

Very ghetto. Music was very disturbing. The music videos showed nudity and there were no warnings about it at all. They had an app to request songs but we weren't told about it and only found out after sitting at the lane, by that time, we had to listen to ghetto rap unroll it got to our songs.

The only good part was the new bar but for the music that was playing, i would rather go anywhere else.

Great games and bowling. But horrible service. 40mins to get a drink, I orders the Peach Long Island but got a peach ringer, recived the wrong drink and they insisted it did not have coconut oil even though 99% any type of gummie candy has coconut oil. If I drank or ate it I would of had to go to the hospital. Then we got a lady in a green shirt and she said we had to talk to the lane server it took us 40mins to get a drink so were we suppose to wait that long to get the drink fixed. Horrible service great games.

This is an awesome facility for a day/night of fun. Just empty your pockets, tho. Very cool modern cosmic bowling lanes with music blasting. Lots of video games, laser tag and some said an escape room but I didn't see it. I took a pack of kids there and dumped s ton of money down but they loved it. Oddly we take big groups of students (400) and it's pretty reasonable at that scale. Now there's a really nice bar as well, and some private party rooms.
