Westerville Center for Rehab and Nursing Reviews

I came to Buckeye Terrace last Wednesday as a new resident and they treated me like I was family. All the staff are great, they are nice and not rude or mean, you can tell they like their job because they do it well. It is very clean and I get my meds on time. If there is a problem or you need to feel more comfortable the staff jumps in immediately to help you with out hesitation. One of the best rehabilitation centers I have come across. I have heard this from other residents here as well. My family loves the staff here and how they treat me. I especially appreciate Chris, Oliver, Decco, Rugi, Caroline, Beth, AJ and Robin!

THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN. They delete reviews to make them look like a 5 star location. BEWARE! Do not bring your family or friends here. The administrator, Leona, is extremely rude and unprofessional. She knew her DIRECTOR OF NURSING tested positive for the Corona virus and she kept it a secret from the residents and their family. I ve tried calling multiple times and they keep deflecting my calls. My mother was mistreated by the staff and they refuse to address it. I ve already called the state so they ll be hearing from me.

If you have family get them out of this dirty smelly place this is one of the worst nursing homes I ve EVER seen in my life

I must say that if you or a loved one becomes a permanent or temporary resident at Buckeye Terrace in Westerville Ohio there are two people that I want to highly acknowledge the first being Jocelyn she has the heart and compassion of an angel the world was truly blessed when she came into it. And Britney she s wonderful she s knowledgeable. She s a blessing as well. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my father.

My mother in law was a patient there and received amazing care. The staff really cares about the residents ! She really improved with the therapy and excellent nursing care!

Zero stars for this disgusting place. My best friend was there and she had to leave becouse she didn't receive clean service. The nurse during the night shift didn't clean with alcohol the IV for put the antibiotics. And when she said something the nurse said i don't have time for bring it. Plz some authorities has to do something for our families.

At first I didn't want to be here but after I got to know the people most of them are caring and And have excellent bedside manner. I will be here until the 20th
