Nice place. Clean. Good service. Escape rooms were fun. Really great place for bowling.

This is such a fun family center. From arcade games to bowling you get lots of entertainment. I loved how it had extra large tv screens above the alley's. The played music videos as you bowled. Once the Steelers football game came on they switched over so the guest could watch as you bowled. I loved that they had different games you could choose from instead of regular bowling. We played all that they had to offer. I only gave it four stars because I think the pricing is not fair. You pay 40$ an hour per lane including shoes. This price does not matter if it is only 2 or 6 people. That's the only thing I did not care for. Other then that I loved it.

Service was slow. Ordered hot wings with celery. When it was brought out, the celery looked like it should have been thrown out two days ago. We asked to see the manager and never came. Poor customer service.

Nice staff. Food and drink service was slow considering there wasn't a whole lot of people there. However food was excellent

The bowling floor was sticky and you can't slide on it. Also the music was a little too loud.

Love how u can have a tab everywhere! Fun place. They do rush u for bday parties. Not enough time for bowling cake/gifts and laser tag. Felt very rushed.

Zone 28: Eat. Drink. Bowl. Well let me tell ya, all 3 of those things messed up while I was there. Let me start with bowling. The prices are expensive and the lane malfunctioned twice while bowling. The bar was even worse. It took upwards of 30 minutes to get a bartender to take our drink orders each time we wanted a beverage. What was worse is the way the bar staff treated us; extremely cold and uninviting (even managers)! Lastly is the food. Though it was good, it took an hour before we went up to speak with someone at the bar about it. Turns out our food had just been sitting there, waiting to be brought to us. So we had to have it remade because it had been sitting out so long; another 25 minute wait. So basically this is trash. It was better as Funfest.

I booked to have a Christmas party at zone 28 and the staff made it extremely easy. they made the process very easy we got a fantastic deal and we are looking forward to having a great Christmas party there.the food there is absolutely excellent and we are very happy to be able to have our employees there for a holiday party.

Went to Zone 28 for a wedding and had a wonderful time.

I loved it! It has great food, fun games, and it was very, very fun to bowl. Overall I had a blast!

It was terrible. The service was incredibly bad. We rented two lanes for two hours and one of them was broken at least half of the time. They got our order wrong repeatedly. I do not recommend it.

Came for the After Dark bowling. The website said 11pm - 2am. We got here about 10:50 pm. We were told it is already a half hour wait. It is now 11:15pm and they are telling people it's a hour long wait. So please someone tell me what 11 pm - 2 am means? I will not be coming back here. We would have been better off going to North Versailles bowling alley!!!!!

Food was good, but service was horrible. My brother came here right after it opened and complained about the service. In 9 months they haven't improved a thing.

It was a good time, however, some of the games/activities didn't work.

As someone who loves Dave & Buster's this place is also pretty great! There are less games than D&B's but some of the games are a lot cheaper. They also have laser tag, bowling, and an escape room. The prizes are cute and don't cost a lot of tickets. The service was my only issue as it took 30 mins to get a drink at the bar. It kind of seemed like the waiters and waitresses were short-staffed or something.

There is something strange about this place, but I can't quite put my finger on it... The drinks are over priced (in my opinion, $14 for a pitcher of beer is a bit high), but bowling prices are reasonable if you go on a night where they have a special, such as Ladies' Night on Thursday ($10 for guys at the time of this review). They really push the advertisements for "Suite 28", which is a few lanes at the end of the building with some tables and screens for a business party or something of the sort.
I would not recommend Zone 28 if you're a serious bowler due to the kid friendly, loud environment, but it is a fine establishment to take the family or a few friends for a standard night of standard fun.

Had a great time having a birthday party there. The staff were great! Just don't go on a league bowling competition night.

Fun escape Room in the Harmar mine Challenging but not too Hard would definitely recommend it

My friend had the Reuben sandwich, had diarrhea and was vomiting all night. Horrible food poisoning. He didn t stop puking until around 11 am the next morning and we were there at 8 o clock the night before, almost had to take him to the hospital.

Stopped in to try the new restaurant, this place is totally renovated. Looks much better than it did in the past. Bumped my 1 star to 3 for now. Will update again when I get the chance to spend more time here again.

It's very fun until you do everything, them it gets boring, but I would recommend this place.

Great place to bowl and play games. Staff is very friendly and if you go early, the early bird special is a great deal.

We bowled as a family and had a great time. Enjoyed the music with videos and afterwards spent 2 hours in the arcade.

Railhouse has great food! Staff is super friendly and the manager perry is wonderful! Definitely recommend coming to the railhouse for food and play some games afterwards!

Great Happy Hour specials. Food was just so so though.

We got ripped off here for bowling. It was like $50/hour- i think we bowled 1 and a half games and then our game shut off and they wamted us to pay $20 per person for all night bowling and wouldnt let us finish our game. Everything was over priced here and i wont go back. Restaurant was ok but service was pretty bad.

I only come here on thursday from 9pm to 12am because its cheap if your a female. You should get here early however unless you want to miss your chance at a lane. Other than that the food is great. The drinks are fantastic . And the music is fairly Decent depending on who is controlling it and the audience that is in there..tho i believe that ladies night is more intended to be for older audiences.

This place is good if you need to kill some time with kids but VERY expensive. The simplest games cost a dollar to play.

It's a cool place, however the service is terrible. We had a party of 9 and walked out of the restaurant because no one came to wait on us.

This is without a doubt one of the most over priced places of its kind that I ever been too. The bowling and games are simply too expensive for a typical family. The pizza at the party my kid attended was not very good either. Outside there were far too many people smoking out on the sidewalk to the point you had to walk out on the parking lot to get around them. There also should be signs up pointing to the exit off guys run rd. Turning north onto Freeport rd. from the other exit is very difficult. Trying to get a drink here is tough, easier just to bring a bottle of water in with you. On the positive side, place was big and it seemed to be pretty clean also.

Atmosphere was good. But if your trying to get a drink from the bar you better be prepared to wait. The service at the bar sucks. You can wait from 15 to 20mins at times trying to get a drink. They need better bartenders

Nice facility for a work outing or with the kids. Nice bar area and really convenient to get too.

After the remodel, things have improved. The bar area is much nicer than it used to be and the good is actually edible. The lanes are still the same as they always were, we'll kept and clean. The only drawback is that they now have comic bowling all the time so don't go here thinking you're going to be able to actually see.

Fun atmosphere. Only negative is that it is quite expensive. Large beer selection.
