IT IS AWESOME AND MY GRANDMOTHER WHO HAS BEEN WORKING HERE FOR 20 YRS MAKES THE PLACE EVEN BETTER

My family went there to have lunch and we order the special that they had that day. The special that we order was the Curry Moco. Looked good but tasted very sour. The restaurant wasn't full but we had to wait awhile to be seated.

It's Zippy's known for their chili and zippac. If you like pastries, I like the Napples especially the blueberry one, get it heated up ala mode. You pretty much know what you're going to get here and they are open 24/7. They have had 24 hour breakfast for some time now. This location has pretty good parking,

Love this place, I eat here at least 3 times a week since I live close by. Awesome service.

Most of the time I order takeout. Best thing to do is call your order in. Because majority of the time I go at nite there's always a line. But if you call ahead of time you can get your order pretty fast.

Been going to this Zippys since I was a kid. Remodeled and it looks great. They serve island favorites and have take out options. Definitely worth a visit!

Ok food friendly people never see the manager around.

Pricey, ($8.50), but good mini-loco moco (1 egg, ground beef patty, Mac salad, and rice)

Oxtail soup's w/ grated ginger condiment was superb.

The servers are amazing. They are friendly and make you feel like family and at home. The food is amazing, huge portions for an amazing price.

The parfait I ate a few years ago was delicious and I went to eat it again.
The pudding parfait is delicious.

Zippy's! Nothing like it. Must visit everytime we are in Hawaii.

This place has a huge menu so anyone can get what they like

A friend and I went to the dine in side. Was very comfortable and relaxed in there. We just stopped in for dessert and so we could talk. We had apple pie ala mode (the waitress heated the pie). No one rushed us or made us feel like we needed to hurry and leave!!!! Will definetely go back.

Well maintained sit-down place with really good food.

Zippy is pride and joy of local Honolulu food. Mostly loved by seniors. Has a conference room if you want to do seminars or something. Not a hang out for young crowd. Food is okay. Desserts are good, especially the chocolate and apple napple. Chilly is hit or miss depending on the cook, I guess. Takes about twenty minutes to get your food, so be patient. Restrooms are okay. Parking is plenty. Seating is available. I go there to pick up food, mostly chilli and napple.

Good place for late night snack/dinner & afterparty. Dine in/ Take out. "Eat like one Local." Good times right here. Eat & chill.

Still same good food! I had been away for a very long time, my favorite has always been the burrito with chili! Thank you for responding I thought maybe I should have been more clear about my original comment! Aloha

Always good quick local food. Gotta get the chili fix in when coming home from the mainland.

My daughter and I came here to kill time before doing errands. Our experience was excellent. Their selection of pastries and donuts was excellent. My daughter chose their unicorn donut. I got a twist and ensemada. Their breakfast bentos are winner! We got the deluxe bento with spam, portugese sausage and corn beef on a bed of rice and scrambled eggs. Their food was delicious but nothing compares to the excellent customer service we received. We left with smiles on our faces.

Service was pretty subpar. The staff gave me and my group a hard time about five people sitting in a booth. Not what you d call ideal. There was also a crack in the booth divider large enough to fit a coffee creamer. By the way, half of the creamers were empty. Very lazy. Staff was rude and forgot some waters, even after they came to take our order. The water also had a soapy aftertaste. In addition, the ENTIRE restaurant had a single waffle iron.

I would gladly take a longer drive to go to a better Zippy s.

My wife loves this place. We have to go at least once Everytime we go to the islands.

This is our favorite Zippy's. The renovation has really refreshed the whole location. Even the parking lot looks like it got repaved and lines repainted. The seats in the dining area are reapolstered and everything inside looks great. I enjoy the local favorites on the menu and the service is always friendly. The bakery has a wide selection of sweet treats to satisfy your cravings.

Great place for party platters! Recommend the fried noodles platter. Fast pick up within 15-20 minutes if you call beforehand and everyone at the party will love it, never fails.

Artemio 3 at about 22:21 charge me $1.25 for spaghetti noodles which I didn't order then he said he returned the said amount to my card but actually didn't. Small amount but he just snob me and didn't bother to explain. What an attitude, no good.

Omg...prices have increased. Spent approx $25 for two plate lunches and a drink at the fast food counter.

Friends for Oahu suggested this place. I ordered breakfast pancakes it's was ok. But husband ordered oxtail soup which he enjoyed. .

Great tasting food, sizeable portions, cheerful and welcoming environment, helpful staff and great location. And easy on the pockets in expensive Oahu. A great experience!

Had a variety of selections too chose from and a very freindly an acknowlegable staff.

There's not much more I can say about Zippy's we all know the food is delicious the prices are very reasonable but this is a piece used to be my favorite I used to come here every week on Saturdays and one thing I like about this places that if you have a problem if you need help with your food or painting about the restaurant the manatee the managers are always there and willing to help you out so Andis waitresses are always helpful and very friendly that is why I like this Zippy's

I purchased the hamburger steak only to find a small patty, two scoops rice and a scoop of mac salad. There was only one small patty in the plastic container that it comes in. The container does look nice but the food is what matters most. The patty also tasted okay but I have had better for less. The mac salad was pretty bad. I have purchased the mini hamburger steak at Waiakamilo Drive In for about five bucks and that one had TWO patties and the mac salad was better. I also purchased a mini chicken katsu plate and that was even worse. There were only around five or so small pieces of chopped chicken. That would have been approximately half a chicken thigh. I get more than twice that at Waiakamilo Drive In for a dollar less. I'll never be coming back to this place. This place is a rip-off. I guess the numerous people I saw were not aware that they were being ripped off.

Another great Zippy's location!! Go there after having a great time out with friends. Love the new look of the restaurant side, very clean. The waitress there Kirsten has been there a while and she's awesome!! Friendly, always checked to make sure the foods good and drinks are filled. Ample parking and great spot right off Piikoi. Go check it out!!

Food here as continuously phenomenal with a decent selection and variety, however don't expect the service to always be on point especially during peak times. Seating is more abundant than other Zippy's and can accommodate medium to large groups, with a wait of course. Plenty of parking in the back and the bakery/fast food portion is connected on the inside.

Service is good. Sometimes it takes time to locate the waitress but otherwise the food is good here and we're usually seated pretty quickly.

It's Zippy's. Always worth the trip. It can smell a little better though... (referring to some stinky people that hang out, or go in there often)!

It's all about that OxTail soup! ! ! Zippys 24 shops are the best for late late night early morning readiness...perfect before a big hike early in the morning....for me, I grabbed down before hiking Diamond Head Crater...I think the Making location is 1of 3 24hr Zippys on the island of Oahu...

Family restaurant crowded with locals. Cheap and delicious, I want to go again. Saimin can drink soup with a gentle taste! Next, let's eat chili beans rice.

Grew up with Zippys and havent been there for awhile. A bit pricey for plate lunches but i always enjoy the food.

Never disappointed when I go to Zippy's. Not a destination spot per se. But they always deliver with comfort food, local style.
