One of the better Zippys to go to, new renovations are nice and employees were extremely nice and attentive. Crystal was our waitress and she was very attentive and always had the biggest smile. Zip Min hit the spot just like the WunTunMun usually does

Comfort food at its finest. Portuguese sausage and eggs is a must have.

24 hours Zippy! I often go to this location for my work pot lucks, and they are extremely helpful and friendly. It does get busy, but as expected from the favourite fast food chain of Hawaii. My personal favourites are Korean Fried Chicken and Chili rice. Breakfast menu items are also decent.

The service is okay... it seems food is getting more and more expensive and the portions r getting smaller... they need to maintain clean environment... the floor and the tables has trash and tables need cleaning...

Centrally located near to East bound City bus line. Food is great. I believe this location was the first restaurant in Hawaii to ban all smoking. Sit down service is good, glad they got rid of the bar liquor room. The renovations bring a family oriented atmosphere. Now it's an additional dining room/private party room. My only complaint is the bakery service is slow and the girl behind the counter is stressed out. With the introduction of new bakery items "mochi" it's good eating and only available at this restaurant. An additional server should be added to help customers waiting in line.

Love this place, the workers are nice and good food

I ordered the mini chicken katsu here and got the surprise of my life. It consisted of four or five small slices of chicken katsu. Never again will I visit this overpriced and overrated restaurant. Their prices are just ridiculous here.

Pau Hana bike ride and needed to fuel up. Veronica was a gem and took my order with a beaming smile! Two Local Mocos to go please. Our food was hot, delicious, and hit the spot. Keep up the good work.

We've had better experiences in the past. Food took a while, and it was luke warm, brown rice was stale, chili was cold. Our server was a trainee which explained the length of time issue. But otherwise, this place is usually dependable and the food is generally good. Just an off night i guess.

It's a great place to settle for breakfast whenever you come to Hawaii. Not far from Waikiki, parking is easy and the staff are always friendly. The food is also very good considering the price range.

This zippys is on top of their work, the service is awesome. The food is good, must be the cook knows what he is doing. Other zippys location. Some time food is over cooked or cold.

Had dinner with the family. Plenty of parking and friendly service. Love the guava cake!

Clean, air conditioned, open 24 hours, good parking. 4 the good things that they have, this is a nice location to get Zippy's tried-and-true interpretations of local cuisine. I had a hankering for, and was very satisfied with, their Portuguese bean soup this visit.

The renovation has made the place look a lot brighter.
The service isn't as fast as it used to be.

Dine in service was terrible, even chipped my tooth on the food I got. On top of that they charged me an extra $3.00 tip on top of the tip I already gave them. I checked my banking app, and it's zippys alright. never going back to this zippys. HORRIBLE service and even worse customer service , now if I could remember the servers name!

Great place to pick up hot local grinds. This Zippy's location has two dine in areas and both are in air conditioning which is a huge plus during the summer.

Quality of food has gotten so bad...and quantity is so small...the only thing I eat there now is the saimin...

I love the Kailua pig and the oxtail soup. Inexpensive and fast service makes it great for when you're on the go

Been Eating at Zippys since 1970 s always reliable quality local food, great hours for our active lifestyle, don t have to think about hours, just show up at restaurant. Friendly service to boot. THANK YOU ZIPPYS!

A nice comfortable place to go. Service is always prompt, and you can find whatever you are craving on the menu!

This was my first time to zippys, and it will not be my last! The food was good and there are many different options. Zippys is a Hawaii icon. I got the Zippy bento. The food was great and enough for at least two big meals.

The best Zippy's ( I have probably been to all the Zippy's on Oahu) because their food is always HOT. Not cold. Not lukewarm. HOT.

It seems there were a number of senior citizens and they were treated very nicely. Many had canes walkers n wheel chair- no problem. Service great and food portions generous.

Had a wonderful peaceful breakfast which consisted of a side order of one sunny side up egg, one side order of corned beef hash and a short stack. With a cup of coffee of course. Their pancakes and corned beef hash are exceptionally delicious.

Some of the employees were friendly. There was one cashier though that seemed inpatient when calling orders that were ready. Other than that can't say anything as I was just picking up a phone order.

This is a comfort food drive in and restaurant. Reasonable prices and they take credit cards. This is a 24 hour eating place. The drive in side sometimes has strange people but the restaurant side is usually better. But you have to tip on that side. It's usually busy all the time but you don't always have to wait long. The food is good with burgers, local food, soups, soft drinks, desserts, etc. Lots of choices. Lots of parking but don't leave valuables in your parked car. Remember that. Service is usually quick and pleasant.

Plenty of parking/seating. Food is always on point. Consistent. They have fast-food style service on one side and restaurant style on the other.

Just a nice restaurant where you can bring your family to eat at a somewhat reasonable price. Many servers have been there awhile and like friends. A comfortable place.

Zippy's is my kind of local grinds. Friendly workers, the wait is not long.
