Worst "used" car buying experience I have ever had. If your a woman, make sure to take a man along with you!

My experience with Zimbrick Volkswagen is limited to the service center, as we did not buy our VW from the dealership. We've had the car in there a couple of times. Each time, they've had to keep the car for an extended period not a reflection on the service center, it was just a result of the repairs that needed to be done. Each time, Zimbrick provided us with a loaner vehicle free of charge, and followed up frequently with updates about the repair process. It made us feel more comfortable about being without the car for so long. Everyone seems very efficient and customer-focused, and the service facility is clean and well maintained. I always hope that we won't have to have the car in for extensive repairs in the future, but if we do, I'll feel comfortable taking it to Zimbrick.

I just purchased a 2012 Jetta Sportwagen TDi from Zimbrick. I drove all the way from metro Detroit to get it and could not be happier with the purchase. I worked with Roy Fenn in sales and he let me know every detail about the car before I made the long trek. Roy was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have any worries. I will definitely consider Zimbrick again for future purchases. It was worth the drive!

Hard to review. 5 star customer service and 1 star pricing. Everyone is super nice. Oil changes and airbag recall done here. While doing recall work they assessed vehicle and quoted me at needing $1550 worth of work (2 repairs and mileage service at $140). Took it to a local be shop and got 2 repairs done for just under $700 (didn't get the mileage service yet as I'm a few 3000 miles away). They joked that zimbrick properly diagnosed this time.

We had a emergency with our VW and Alyssa in the service department was not only able to get it in to see what the problem was without an appointment, but also got it fixed the same day. I always bring our cars here for service and this is one reason why.

Very pleasant experience to purchasing our vehicle, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We would consider buying again from them.

VW Atlas needed a purge replaces under warranty. When the part came in, Service called to set up an appointment. Vehicle was dropped off on schedule, the repair was completed by their estimated time and vehicle was ready for pick up when I arrived.

Stuart and his team are great! I ve been using them for almost 10 years. They re honest and fair. Everything s very clear - no surprises. Best in class service!!!

I bought a car from Doug in October of 2011. In the beginning I was content with the service I received but as time goes on, I'm realizing I got terrible service and incorrect information.

In December Doug contacted me inquiring how things were going with my car. I told him I tried to get a copy of the key made at Wal Mart and they couldn't do it because of the chip inside the key. Doug suggested that I go to TRUE VALUE and see if they could make the copy. As a sales person, I'm sure Doug knew darn well that I couldn't get a copy of the key made at True Value because of the chip in it. He knew I needed to get it from the dealership.

Now, another thing pops up.. It's time to look into getting new tires and my lug nuts need a key to be removed. Are they in the car I purchased? Nope. Am I surprised? Hell no because Doug was deceitful from the moment I walked in the door; telling me that the car I was interested was already sold. Now I see it was just a ploy to get me to buy. Shameful!

We have used Zimbrick Volkswagen for all of our service needs and it has always been done in a timely fashion and properly. Most recently in the Frigid Cold spell the battery was on its last leg we took it in and they completed the work and setting up a loaner vehicle for my wife. Normally a battery is a simple fix however in the Touareg it resides below the drivers seat. Thank you Jared and team!

I have been using Middleton Zimbrick Volkswagon for servicing my car(s) for over 15 years. They almost always get me in for needed work or maintenance within a few days of my requested time; their waiting room is pleasant and stocked with coffee, water, soda and other goodies;
the people in the reception area know me and welcome me by name, and I am always made to feel that they honestly care about me and my car and give us both exceptional treatment!

They were able to fix my windshield wiper motor & found that a cord to my headlight had melted causing it to go out. Good customer service, a bit expensive but I guess that s what I get for having a German car. Thank you Zimbrick VW!

I bought my new used car from Zimbrick VW/Acura. I love it. They gave me a great price on it. I had just been across the street and noticed the used cars at the Ford dealer were all overpriced, according to Kelly Bluebook. Decided to drive through the VW lot and found an absolute gem! The sales person was extremely nice and attentive! I would definitely recommend going there!

Alex worked with me on a quick turnaround for getting into a new vehicle during interesting times. Everyone was courteous and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Excited about the new wheels!

Bought a used VW jetta. Credit was ok had small down payment went to Middleton location and was treated with the most respect and given a fair monthly payment. From sales people, manager, fantastic finance guy. Great service. Other dealerships could learn a great deal from the staff at this location . This is the 3 Rd car in our family bought at VW Zimbrick in the last two years. We will gladly refer people and continue to come back to them. Keep up the good work and thank you for working so hard especially on a Saturday.

Horrible service department. We dealt with Jud. Incredibly rude to my wife. It took him a week to call us back to even schedule the service, and that was only after I brought it up with the salesperson who had called me. He would assure us he would give us updates on the vehicle since it was taking 3 times as long to complete and he wouldn't follow through. Their sign in the service department that says customer service is their #1 priority is a complete joke.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. When they weren't sure how to answer my questions they admitted it and got back to me with a solution. Smooth transaction. I will definitely be back.

I brought my 2012 Volkswagen GTI in for its 30k service maintenance. At the time the paint had chipped along the hood and the 3rd brake light had ceased to function, so I asked the service technicians if they could assist me with this issue. Without giving me any fuss, they went ahead and ordered touch-up paint and a new brake light. Additionally, I asked about recommendations for winter tires for my VW GTI and I was given unbiased straightforward professional advice from Gary in the service department that I greatly appreciate. Because of the friendly, professional, and reliable service I have received from the Middleton, WI Zimbrick dealership and its staff, I will continue to bring my VW GTI back whenever I need service or advice regarding my vehicle. So far, I haven't had any problems with the dealership, services rendered, or the staff, so thank you!

I ve been to this dealership a few times in the 4 months since moving to WI from FL. Each visit has been very pleasant, with no pressure at all to get recommended services done. The service techs I ve dealt with have been upfront and honest with any questions/concerns I ve had. I highly recommend Zimbrick VW, without a doubt 5 stars for a company that gives 5 star service!!

Extremely quick and friendly service! I had two different staff come let me know details of what to expect for the servicing early in the appointment. There was very little wait compared to what I had expected and everyone I interacted with on the way out was friendly and helpful.

Worst service ever! Very rude and dismissive after telling us the supplies needed to do our transmission flush were not available. Didn't care we drove an hour there to get the service completed and sat there an hour before notifying us. Alyssa Otto needs customer service training.

Sales process in early 2012 was straightforward and honest. No roping around. Standard sales pitches but a simple yes / no and we weren't hounded, which was refreshing.

Service over the last couple years has been fantastic. Helpful staff and honest suggestions on how to handle issues. One technician even recommended purchasing parts online as opposed to through VW because it'd save us money. How great is that?

On Friday my car started making an odd shuddering noise and loss of power. After safely pulling into a parking lot I had my car towed down to them thereafter and on Monday they called me early in the morning told me it was a minor thing,fixed it and I had my car back on Monday afternoon.
As always they were courteous and worked quickly and accurately to fix the problem and the best dealership I ve ever dealt with

Marcel May is the best "Brand Specialist" (car salesperson) I've ever worked with! SUCH a nice person, very helpful, and NO pressure. Extensive knowledge about VWs as well as other vehicles. I took a Tiguan on a test drive with him last year while my Jetta was being serviced. I was so impressed with Marcel that I kept his card and contacted him a couple of weeks ago about buying a certified used Tiguan. He provided me with all of the information I needed about the various vehicles, knew about the VW financing options, and was all around professional, knowledgeable, and enjoyable to work with. I got my certified used Tiguan a few days ago, and I could not be happier with the vehicle, with Marcel, and with Zimbrick VW. I highly recommend going to Marcel if you want no pressure to buy and lots of information about the vehicles, financing, and service from a really great person!

I bought my Passat from them. The experience was so-so. I ended up having to haggle more than I wanted. I think the service staff does a great job. Always friendly and the waiting room is nice. I just wish the service prices weren't so expensive. I'd rather bring my car there, but the prices are just too high for simple services.

I encountered both of the mentioned persons to have a very (very) different approach to others who some time ago, in that same place, were absolutely indiferent to my curiosity about buying a new car. Salespersons with which I had to spend more time repeating the pronunciation of my name than talking about the car that I wanted to buy. Eventually, in that previous occassion, I just walked out of the store without getting almost none of the information that interested me.
This time, in which I got a good deal, I had strong reservation about walking into that sales room. But Bobby and John in the finance office, made it clear they were there to support my interest and did a great job. Including in the pronouncing of my name, which is not that difficult anyway.
I highly recommend Bobby LaBerge as a salesperson, he was great. But, I have some reservations about other salespersons in that room.

Zimbrick VW in middleton has been a wonderful experience. Everyone there is cheerful and polite. The service department is spotless, and I always am provided with a free loaner car. I am impressed with their dealership!

They are always swamped , Express service is ridiculous , any discounts or coupons that they normally have her borderline useless since you almost never have coupons for the most simple And common things like oil changes, light bulb replacement air filter replacements etc. and they do absolutely nothing to appease you if you ve got an issue with them .

As we sat and reminisced with Steve, who had helped us buy several cars in the past, we learned that he has been with the company for 42 years!
