My experience with Zimbrick Volkswagen is limited to the service center, as we did not buy our VW from the dealership. We've had the car in there a couple of times. Each time, they've had to keep the car for an extended period not a reflection on the service center, it was just a result of the repairs that needed to be done. Each time, Zimbrick provided us with a loaner vehicle free of charge, and followed up frequently with updates about the repair process. It made us feel more comfortable about being without the car for so long. Everyone seems very efficient and customer-focused, and the service facility is clean and well maintained. I always hope that we won't have to have the car in for extensive repairs in the future, but if we do, I'll feel comfortable taking it to Zimbrick.
