I bought my Passat from them. The experience was so-so. I ended up having to haggle more than I wanted. I think the service staff does a great job. Always friendly and the waiting room is nice. I just wish the service prices weren't so expensive. I'd rather bring my car there, but the prices are just too high for simple services.
