I dont know how many of the people here are saying "Good Environment". I visited as Interviewee, first i could not find the place. then when i did , i saw guard or whoever he was sitting in stairs with a table. when i entered the company, it was so dark and bad infrastructure, with no proper water facility and washrooms. you would be served with dark space alongwith mosquitoes. HR will say that they are product base company, i dont know they might be, but their infrastructure needs to be improved. inside of building looks like it's gonna fall with a single hit of earthquake. before visiting i wondered why there is no photo of company at google maps, but when is saw the condition, i understood a lot of it.

Had a terrible interviewing experience few years back with this company. Told me to travel to Delhi from a far off location to attend face to face interviews, entire process was delayed by more than couple of hours and then at the end the feedback given was position is not a priority for the management to filled in near future!!

Our team is using zed axis sales management software from a long time and after using it for a long time we can say, Zed sales is one of few sales management software who really can customized as per the requirements

1. What are employee benefits like, Medical Insurance, Bonus, gratuity etc..?
2. What is the salary date? please ask proof if any employee got on salary on time in last 2-3 yrs.
3. Appraisal policy?
4. How many employees joined and left in last 2 years?
5. Management technical background and ability to upgrade software.
6. Any celebrations, parties or team outings? see pics if says yes.
7. Do i got salary account from company if yes please ask when and in which bank?
8. Any new technology/tools implemented in company?
9. Team size?
10. Working on which model any process is there?
11. What last activity you done to motivate your team/employees?
Please ask work load as well?
