1. What are employee benefits like, Medical Insurance, Bonus, gratuity etc..?
2. What is the salary date? please ask proof if any employee got on salary on time in last 2-3 yrs.
3. Appraisal policy?
4. How many employees joined and left in last 2 years?
5. Management technical background and ability to upgrade software.
6. Any celebrations, parties or team outings? see pics if says yes.
7. Do i got salary account from company if yes please ask when and in which bank?
8. Any new technology/tools implemented in company?
9. Team size?
10. Working on which model any process is there?
11. What last activity you done to motivate your team/employees?
