One of the very bad 3rd parties you don't ever need to deal with.

I don't have much experience with these types of companies, but this one does not operate very efficiently in my opinion. And anytime I have to speak with them on the phone they sound pretty aggravated that I do not know the ins and outs of health care reimbursement. I would look elsewhere if you are deciding on these types of services for you business.

Horrible. I have had many FSA accounts over the years and this one is the worst. Debit card not accepted for any (claimed eligible expenses). You would have to pay out of pocket and hope they reimburse (so double money...money out of check to go to FSA, declined debit card so you have to pay out of personal account and then cross fingers you can get reimbursed). You will also get spammed by some FSA store where it claims that you can use your funds (my guess is that debit card that doesn t work anywhere will work at the FSA store). You can never get anyone on the phone (even prior to COVID) and when you did, they were short and unhappy you called and had very little info. It s like throwing money to the wind out of paycheck each month with no access to use it and no one on phone to explain why. AVOID.

Exceptional customer service for the past 5 years anytime I have called with a question or concern it has been resolved quickly in a professional manner.
