whenever i go there, customer service is great actaully. When i had ripped a pair of leggings, i asked them if i could get a new pair for free. although u can only do that if it rips on stitching. she later saw that we really loved the store, she went to the back and gave me a brand new pair. she gave me tons of tips on how to care for them and showed me many leggings that i was looking for. also, there is an AMAZING selection

Very disappointed. I was so excited to bring my mom the store this past weekend to buy her comfortable lululemon leggings. After speaking SO highly of the brand and the store to my mom, we drove to the natick mall. As soon as we got to the store, we weren t greeted. We were browsing around and not one person asked if she and I needed help. We then found a couple of choices for my mom to try on and once again- NO ONE asked if we needed a fitting room even though we were standing in front of the fitting room table... The staff helped everyone else but us, until a guy looked at me and I finally asked can I please have a fitting room I have never had such a bad experience at lululemon like I did this past weekend. I love the product, but for the price we are paying, the least the store can offer is helpful and pleasant customer service .

I love this store it has good quality idems. If you go you must look at the shorts they are so comfy.

Great workout clothing. A bit expensive but worth every penny. Staff are very welcoming and they even tailor your clothing for free.

I usually don't write reviews but the service at this Lululemon is really bad. I have had such a positive experience at many other locations. Today when I asked for help finding two items and even showed employees pictures of the items from the company website, no one offered to help me find anything. Real bummer!

I accidentally took the tag off of leggings I had bought before checking that I got the right size. I was very nervous that I would not be able to exchange for the right size because the tag was gone and I read on the internet how strict they are about returns. When I explained the mix up they asked no questions and switched out the leggings anyway! Great customer service really goes a long way

The customer service in this new location is horrible. It used to be so good in the old store. Today I walked in and nobody even greets at the store or check for sizes in the fitting room. For a $100 legging u need to pay more attention
