I hate it.I was stolen on July 27,around 5pm and the security and management did nothing to help me.I was disabled with a cell phone to call the police,because I am a foreigner and was talking an English course in London,opened my purse,took out my wallet,got 250 pounds and not even the security checked on the camera.After a few minutes they handed me the empty wallet.Avoid the shop on Regent Street,tumultuous and without any security.

Pretty sufficient help from staff and i really liked the different up to date styles of clothing

Mum's phone was stolen. Was lied to that the security was off on, when in fact he was actually in and working. And because of the lack of cameras they can't get a face view of a person.

Posh shop, awful smell inside, personnel playing smart with prices, I will not go anymore

This zara is well located, it is walking distance from the train station.

Very busy shop.For fitting room you have to wait may even half hour.definitely need more staff.waiting for paying...

The men's department is only OK; there's a much bigger selection online. The women's department is much better - clearly given priority floor space. Beware of the security guards, though, one of the shop assistants left a security tag on a jacket I bought and when the door alarm went off I was spoken down to like a common thief. No apology was offered after I showed my receipt.

Big Zara Store but nice clothes are sold out quick. Very busy on weekends

Although I am not a fan of this brand, I have to admit that this shop has nothing to do with other Zara from other cities that I have visited, not to mention, for example, the one in Lleida. disaster next to it. Here the clothes look, they look nicer and prettier. The pieces they sell here do not look like the ones in the stores of the same franchise in Catalonia.

Good shop, I always find nice fashionable clothing for decent prices considering their improving quality. I very often end up buying stuff that I don't even use, just because it fits so well and looks so good in the shop!

Zara is not high end store but has good quality items for the trendy individuals. All items are affordable and up to date with fashion.

This company treats it's staff like animals. They should not be allowed operate in the UK. After Brexit kick it out.

Changing rooms are poorly organized. You can t try on one item in the men s changing room even if all rooms are free. Instead you ll have to queue 35 minutes (!) for the female changing rooms. That s not customer service.

Confusion, it seems that the clothes are of past years.

Unpleasant shopping experience at this branch. Card payment machines did not work on ground floor tills today. All card payment customers were requested to check out on first floor and the queue was from till to escalator. While one customer asked staff to open one more till, one male staff replied this floor is not main till. We did not volunteer to crowd at first floor. The staff could be more friendly and supportive under unexpected situation happened.

So messy. Dirty clothes full of makeup on hangers. Tons of clothes on the floor. Everything was mixed together in the shop. Such a shame !

I ran in grabbed what I had seen online paid and left ..all within 7 mins ...I got exactly what I came for no more no less

Terrible customer service, rude snappy staff. I walked in at 19.58 today (10th Nov) and a security guard ran over to me saying they are closed. I politely asked if I can just quickly return something to which he shouted at me NO YOU FREAKINWELL CAN T .... Just a no I m sorry we are closed would ve done the job...

The clothes are great but there are other Zara venues to shop at.

This area is very easy to visit. Most of the shops on the street are popular brands. When you enter the alleys, you will find many luxury boutiques.

Great. Sales were on andanaged to get a couple of good deals.

The security of this store is really poor! After losing money, the security guard refused to adjust the surveillance and asked us to find the police, and when we found the police, we asked us to find the embassy. Three people lost money within an hour! Still saying that we have not managed our wallets! The attitude is extremely bad! Someone lost their wallet and lost 500 pounds, 300 pounds! It took us a full 2 hours!

Well ordered and maintained shop floors and friendly staff

Gender segregated dressing rooms! Very outdated; my friend and I had to go to different floors to try on clothes, in the end we didn't bother and just left.

They are good design garments and excellent quality and price.

Value for money... Downside is loads of people wear it... But still okay ..

I loved the fact that even during sale season, the shop was kept tidy!

Arguably one of the most diverse clothes shopping experience you can still have in central London. They cater for all sizes and styles. As everything is constantly changing in Zara you're never left bored of the same items as you come in over a period of time. There always keeping up with the latest fashion trends and always have decent designs with reasonable quality clothing material

I would like to share my yesterday visit to Zara store at Regent Street.

Someone stole my wallet !!!!!

Yes, I was at regent street shopping from Zara as always with my brother yesterday. I was at the women section and was looking for some new dresses. My brother was shopping in men section and I wanted him to have a look on something I found. I took out my phone to give a call. I was wearing a sling bag, sideways and had my wallet and Phone in the bag. It was zipped from the top. I took out my phone and made and call and when I kept my phone Inside I couldn t feel my wallet. And literally when I looked inside, yes my wallet was not there.

I rushed to the security near the entrance gates and started telling what happened, like 1 min later I see another women coming and telling the same story, her wallet was stolen too.
We spoke to security and all he said was I can t do anything. How ridiculous was that, no one answered anything or what we should do next.
Yes we did call the police and everything to get reference for complaint and all but is that it ?
Is that how these stores work ?? We come out of store after paying for what we bought an still there alarm goes off and they check 100 times but now there is pickpocket happening in the store and they can not do anything ! Another lady also complained that she saw someone taking away the belts from the coats. Still no one came forward to see what s happening in the store.

When I spoke to the manager she said I can give her my details and if she find something she will get back to me!! Really how useless is that.

Why couldn t Someone just check what s happening in the store in cctv ?
Why can t they just check why so many people are facing problems at same time ?
Why couldn t they themselves inform police about pick pocket cases happening in store ?
Why would someone wanna shop in specifically this store ?

I always buy things from Zara and love this brand personally, but I don t think this is the way they should treat there customers !!
I had my money, my residence permit and all credit cards in that. You can t just say sorry for what happened !!!
