It's ok but if you are man shopping with your SO there aren't any seating area, so it can be tiring

Full house at Zara today with lots of items on sale. There was quite a crowd in the women's section and a long queue for payment. I finally dropped my picks as I couldn't wait - hopefully the deals and steals will still be there in the near future when I hope to return!

I was holding my partners clothes to take to the changing rooms and was going to pass them on to her in the room and the female attendant refused to let me give her the clothes and was extremely rude. Then at the counter we were told our 50 pound note was too old, which was okay, but the staff member made it out like we were trying to use fake currency or something and again was extremely rude. Pathetic customer service. I was tempted to report them to their manager as they couldn't have possibly been more rude.

This Zara is okay. It has three floors, the bottom one being for men. The service is rather slow, I don't know why they never use 100% of the cash wraps at checkout. The line can build up incredibly quickly and last time I was here they only had 2 people working checkout, and they were not moving very quickly.

If you like Zara, then this store has you covered, it pretty much doesn't get more Zara than this store!

There is different accompaniment from country to country which I can not say unfortunately.
But Zara in London is only recommended

I was recently on the hunt for some new knobs to go on my wardrobe doors and was finding it impossible to uncover anything that wasn't horrible girly, flowery or tacky. Luckily, someone suggested Zara Home to me. Whilst they still had a fair amount of flowery knobs, they also had some really perfect, more minimalist ones which I was very happy with. The whole shop is actually rather nice - I was pleasantly surprised!

My friend s money was stolen, we told the security immediately when she realized, but he said he cannot check the cctv and kept saying that it was her fault that she didn t keep her bag safely. He was so rude and did nothing! A very bad shopping experience!

Inditex will always be Inditex!

One thing I like about zara, I always know what to expect. Never come out empty handed and this one was no exception.

There needs to be more fitting rooms open. I had to wait 20+ minutes to try on clothes.

I quite like this shop.
It is very buzy and I feel that the women's department is a lot motored staffed that the men's.
The clothes are fashionable and are sold at reasonable prices.

Huge selection of clothes, and considering its location, very reasonably priced stuff

Great sales, comfortably design but gets very busy with big queues.
