Zara quality and service are rather bad. If you've not fancied anything there you'll be dismissed by the shop assistant's look. In addition, no waiting area by the changing rooms in the men's section. Told to wait on the narrow way out.
I like this brand.. you can find more than ten dresses from Zara in my wardrobe. Personally speaking, there is no need your clothes to be from one shop or brand only. I choose different places, because of the variety of fabrics, colours and price, of course.
Absolute rude customer service only to get home & have two items that we had paid for not in our bags. Customer service are a waste of time and managment want me to get a taxi back which costs more than the items now we miss out on our day of travel tomorrow. Poor service. Zero stars 0/5 8/1/2018 2:42pm i will take all items back for full refund in the morning and ruin my wifes trip.
Well like all the showrooms of the group, very much provided trendy clothes that are trendy, even if the quality of the fabrics over the years has been gradually lowering, personal poluglotta, very efficient available and kind, there is no denying that Zara to fact center.
Rudest customer service in London. Period. Waited at the cashier as the only customer. The cashier was just there fiddling with some bags in the til and looked up at me and carried on. I said hi . He ignored me. 3 minutes passed he then pointed at the sign on the far side of the counter that said cashier closed and continued ignoring me. Wow...
We arrived at the time of Sayle. The store looked like a market and very ugly clothes. I assume that on a regular basis you have experienced a slightly more pleasant purchase ...
Great store love it and shop there regularly. But unhappy with Zara, the store and advertising for Black Friday today. Lucky for Zara it was the mistaken Mango 30% off everything window sticker that took me running in there. Further impressed by multiple signs with -40% of selected items everywhere. So invested an hour in picking out garments to get to till - NO DISCOUNT WHATSOEVER! When I questioned this based on signs I was simply told that is probably handbags - around the entire 2 floors? Badly handled Zara.
Not a good selection as the Oxford street branches. Staff not hepfull at all. Went to collect my click and collect order, after receiving a confirmation email and none of the staff could access the room with all the orders, as no one had the key!!!! Shocking. Rubbish service!
Very rude staff!!!! Sort this branch out with retraining please. Lady at the changing room yesterday (Sunday 17th February at around 4:30pm) told me to ensure i bring the garment back in such a rude tone. When i left i told her i was going to buy the item, she replied "are you sure you going to buy it?" ... i wanted to reply GTFOOH but i just gave back the tag & walked off. As i was queing up to purchase i heard her radioing to her little buddy to look out for "female, 5ft with [item description]" ... i just started laughing, got her attention & pointed that it was me... very awkward for the cashier so she turned the radio down. I really dont know what this was about & very odd?. Some very unprofessional rude children working here who think they are better than other customers. They seem to have Grand-Dieu illusions about themselves thanks to Instagram / Reality TV etc. The reality is - YOU WORK AT ZARA. And theres nothing wrong with that but stay grounding. BE POLITE! I understand some clients may be rude but you are getting paid to deliver good customer service.
Zara a beautiful sign with good products at fair prices. The store has a nice look, the products are well highlighted by being beautifully presented. Zara is a sign that I recommend to everyone for honest value for money.
TERRIBLE customer service - went in to exchange a faulty item (the skirt I was wearing on the way to the dinner I was wearing it for! Part of it fell apart and looked awful.) The process from start to finish was horrendous. The first member of staff I spoke to (who turned out to be the manager) told me they definitely didn't have the skirt in and she had never seen it before. She eventually checked after my insistence as I had only bought the skirt a few days prior, and of course, it WAS in the store (in the stock room). First time they brought me the wrong size. Second time they brought me another faulty item. Third time OK but with no apology and making me wait 10-15 minutes each time. I was sent upstairs and downstairs to make the exchange, all cashier staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, after the exchange was finally made I was sent to the back of a long changing room queue so that I could swap the skirts over (as I was wearing it) and the man at the fitting room was also unhelpful and rude. I was made late for dinner after being in the shop for almost an HOUR just to make a quick exchange and at no point did anyone smile, let alone apologise for the faulty item. Far from my first experience like this with Zara, and they do not answer the customer service phone number or tweets.
My friend s money was stolen, we told the security immediately when she realized, but he said he cannot check the cctv and kept saying that it was her fault that she didn t keep her bag safely. He was so rude and did nothing! A very bad shopping experience!
