Great sales area kind and helpful staff. A lot of choice.

Nice shop lots of very tempting clothes to buy got a few things. They could put more staff on the tills but otherwise really good.

I would give them zero stars if I could.
We are regular customers at Zara's, online shopping, this time however we wanted to return an order and arranged a pick up from home, no one turned up and not did they put a slip in my door that they were here (I was he all day) so I know for certain that no o e came.
I have no spent many hours on the phone with the customer service however I am not getting any where.
They don't have an email address, their chat is terrible, they just close it by saying that they can't help me.
On the phone they let me wait for ages and never come with a successful and sutible answer.
Just stay away from them.

Do not but any shoes in Zara, worse quality ever. Any pair I bought there as broke after 6 months. I use them the same way than any other brand which never break, they just become old and I bin them after 3 or 4 year. Zara is a very fast More

This Zara is my favourite respect men's collection. Not everything online is available in store, but this one offers almost everything.

Regent Street! Walking slowly during the day and enjoying his night view at night, I will not regret it.

Very busy Zara store but you can often find items here that are sold out elsewhere. Great sale discounts too.

Modern, lean and elegant designs. Great for work wear, casual and evening wear.

I could give more stars but I didn't as they make a big difference between someone buying only and someone returning items. I went there once , was queuing on ground floor to go to the till for ages when I reach there I was told that returns only on 1st floor.

I went to 1st floor till points and had to queue again for ages as for returns they did not have as many staff available!

Extremely long waiting time for returns & refunds, only one till operational :-(

Shop well laid out, good gear, friendly, professional staff

purchased from Zara - one of the items was a mobile phone case.Delivered with the security tag on. , I phoned up Customer Services and this when things went downhill.
I thought that this would be a straightforward swap considering it was their mistake and not mine.
I spoke to a lady today, who asked me if I can go to a store to get this removed. Told her i live 100 miles away and she told me there is nothing she could do. Now have a phone case with a security tag on it. In the end i was send a replacement after 30 mins on the phone

Absolutely amazing products and go there every other month simply for its pleasant atmosphere :)

The manager was rude, unhelpful, and arrogant. I waited 15 minutes to return unsuitable clothes. She should not be in charge if she cannot treat your customers politely and respectfully. Perhaps a month or two on the shop floor would be useful?

I know Zara is a very successful company. But not for me thanks

The crowd is not scattered! Business is booming, selling most of the ready-to-wear, suits! Sweatshirts, raincoats, or women's clothing.

Large selection, and a decent sized men's section. Good lighting, and well spaced.

If you love clothes, you will definitely find it here

Get some seats and free wi-fi for your male customers and you would make better sales - I can't rush my wife out of there quick enough and the staff are really rude if you try and sit down anywhere - shop in Karen Millen they treat male customers like they matter!

This shop is annoying to find things in....I had seen a nice pair of shoes in the window, yet all the shoes are dotting all over the separate floors, rather than in one place altogether. So after getting frustrated that I'd done all floors and couldn't find them I asked a member of staff who didnt have a clue which shoes i was talking about and made no conscious effort to help me! Not a shop I'd rush back to visit!

Good place to shop and not so crazy as Oxford store

Yesterday I was in this unit of Zara in London and I do not recommend it, because we tried to buy a promotion pants and even with the label having the promotion price, the cashier said it was another value, well above, and that there was an error in the price and that's it, if you want to pay the real price, that is, deceiving customers who buy several pieces without paying attention. I do not recommend this unit .... PS: the cashier should not be British because he lacked education.

Clothes are really beautiful but a little expensive.

There are no signs to direct you to the fitting rooms, which wasted time and energy walking around trying to find them. FYI the ladies are on top floor to the left hand side of the escalator
and the mens which I found first were in the basement behind and in the right hand corner. when you come off the escalator. There are neither signs above the fitting rooms either

The Zara that there is worldwide prices only in pounds sterling. Anyway to see

Staff were so rude, talking amongst themselves in the fitting room and then burst into a fitting and complained customer should have known to go in! Disgusting attitude. No apology and store smelt bad. I will only go Oxford Street or Canary wharf.

Nearly 30 mins in a queue then 10 mins on hold to customer service after trying unsuccessfully to exchange a gift for store credit. Still stuck with item. Nowhere near enough staff on for the time of year.

Basement 1.2.3 floor for men is for women
I think there are many products that are not available in Korea that have more than normal quality at an inexpensive price point that fits well with the characteristics of Korean border Zara.
The coat is basically expensive.

20 minutes to exchange an item and then it was a drama, awful customer service

Relatively small branch, divided into two floors of women's clothing and one for men; no kids fashion on this site.

The largest and most successful European fashion chain. Their shops always attract thousands and thousands of customers of various age groups. Their merchandises are suitable to everyone at reasonable prices and their shop management is very good. The writer once lost by accident an envelope containing one important letter and bank notes whilst shopping in one of the shops next to Harrod's which was picked up by a part time shop keeper. The letter and the bank notes were safely kept by the management office and later returned to the writer two days later.
