Comfortable environment, sometimes able to find the right clothes, the price is quite cheap

Every time we go to London we visit Zara store. Very good offers and stylish clothes.

I purchased a top from a London Zara shop, however on my return home I realised the top was unsuitable for the person I bought it for. I contacted Zara by email asking them if I could return the item by post for a refund as I do not live near a Zara store. This was the start of very lengthy communication with this company that was one of the most infuriating, mind-numbing and soul destroying things I have ever wasted time doing, in fact at times I actually laughed in despair at some of their ridiculous, incomprehensible replies .
Their first reply asked me to visit a store to discuss with a manager, this after me explaining I do not live near a store, hence the request for a postal return. This reply popped up numerous times throughout my communication, along with some replies just stating their web page address. It went on and on and on.
There is a clear lack of English language skills by whatever creatures they employ to answer emails, and in the end I had to use one syllable words in short sentences to get my questions answered, and I am not exaggerating.

Following this debacle, I put together a copy of the communication and sent it to the UK managing director Inigo de Llano - asking for his comments. To date he has not bothered to give me the courtesy of a reply.
The customer service of this company is appalling, and it does not deserve to continue trading.

Come here and if you are a woman, enjoy looking through various clothes and wearables. If you're a man lose yourself in the swathes of men being dragged around by their partners - genuinely are little teams of men looking lost

Correct home. Wide range of clothes adapted to everyday life, and at an affordable price. Ideal for every day. I recommend.

I like acer Shopping in Zara and Acia in Madrid and now in London They have many clothing variations for both men and women I recommend

The best ever branch including the one on oxford street with wide spanned store floors and most options of Zara fashion. I can shop there for a whole day with something back all time.

Very few things are fine. Sizes are too small. Clothes will fall apart and you'll end up getting hands on with your sewing kit

Massive Clothing store in London's west end. Huge selection of clothes and is always really busy. Wondeful shop

Horrible manager. She spoke to me like I was a child and said undermining things, all because I asked a simple question. She didn't listen to what I was asking and she was stubborn and short tempered.
It costs nothing to be kind, and you just cost yourself a loyal customer. I wont becoming back and I wont be recommending this store to anyone.

Worst customer service experience ever. Bad management. Only a very polite blonde lady (I think her name is Maria)she tried to help me, to hear what I need actually, but a very rude manager,a brown hair lady. Never coming back there.

Not as big a retail store as I was expecting, only has 2 floors for women which did not have in stock lots of the products I sae online before I came. Disorganised and clothes not on hangers in places.

Sale area was busy and expected however overall the store was clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly and helpful managed to get 3 pieces of clothes for me even with it that busy.

I love Zara. This is one of four shops in and around Oxford Street. The shop nearer to Marble Arch is beautiful but this one has more to offer. With all Zara stores is hard to find help. This store is true of this as it's incredibly busy.
You have the men's collection on the lower ground floor, women's on the ground floor and young trends and kids on the first floor. Best to avoid during lunch time when people like me come out. After lunch it's much more civilised. Great collections, always changing and with this being London so much more choice than out of town stores.

The store is one of the messier Zara's, but that is to be expected due to its location. The staff in the women's department were very friendly and efficient. However, the two ladies (one bleached blonde who was the manager and the other a brunette) downstairs in the men's department were slow, incredibly rude, incompetent and inefficient.

Why oh why can't you get the aircon working especially in the male fitting area

Good selection of items but it's always far too messy downstairs to find anything!

My wife and daughter love this shop.. And they were doing a proper 50% sale about the only shop in regents Street that was...

Nice choice of fashion; collection changes regularly and is suitable for different tastes.

The girl working in changing room had attitude ,not impressed...The girl who actually served me at the till was really pleasant.
Shop is large and a good choice, but im not sure if i will go back after that experience.

Great value but have to wait a while for the change rooms

I used to lien Zara, but having grown in size a bit I can no longer fit in any of the clothes. As I say the only Zara I can find relevant products any more is Zara home !

The three staff members I interacted with were extremely rude and the place looked like a jumble sale.
