I have needed to replace my case and I went to City Creek where they took care of me in a most pleasant manner and I might add quick- in and out fast.
The second time I had upgraded my phone and the Red Head I m sorry forgot his name really made me feel valued and was super helpful getting me geared up for my new phone. I will always remember how I was treated and the customer first attitude I received. Thank you ZAGG

Didn't go in but Zagg is notorious for their over priced orange peel looking screen protectors.

This store was fantastic at dealing with me as a customer who really gave them quite a bit of trouble.
I was first impressed that they provided me a discount when I got my Invisible Shield, because I also bought a case from them at the same time.

Then when I needed to return my defective iPod Touch, they removed the shield and gave me a coupon to cover the next installation (this was all within the warranty period)

When I came to get my new Shield installed, it went smoothly except I forgot to tell them I previously had an HD shield. They removed the regular shield and because they were out of pre-cut shields in my size, did a custom cut so I could come pick it up later.

Love the products. The HD shield doesn't even look like it's on the screen. The iFrogz case looks nice and is offering good protection. Overall - products are awesome and the service here is just as good.

Came to the store at 8:40 PM and the doors where locked. This kid that was working there insisted that he was closed but yet online it states that y'all ain't closed until 9:00PM. Y'all should hire someone that obeys the company policies regarding the hours of the store!

Limited supply of screen protectors for both Apple Watch and iPhone. They rarely answer the phone, and never return calls. The products are quality, and have a lifetime warranty which is why I m leaving 3 stars.

Well i bought two pairs of headphones there in a two week span and both r shorted out.

We had two phones with cracked screen protectors to replace. The guys applying the protectors were very picky about the install, and we appreciated that. There was a small imperfection in one, and he wasn't satisfied until it was gone. Thanks guys!

Took my phone in last month to replace the shattered screen, the shattered screen must be with you to replace it. They declined to look it up. I know they have record of the hundreds of dollars I have spent maintaining my families devices. This was never disclose initially. I ll give them one more chance.

The products are expensive, but they last forever. I've had good service at this location.

Sold me a screen protector for 50. Galaxy s8 plus. It's terrible Ive went through 3 in 2 months. Won't stay on. They won't get me the glass curve elite and want to continue to charge me 10 dollars for an "installation fee" said ok I'll install it myself then because you and me both know these protectors suck. Wouldn't do it. I bought 2 glass protectors off Amazon for 10 dollars 5 a piece. They work 10x better. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GIVING THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS!!!

With Zagg headquartered in Salt Lake City, this is my first time stepping foot into one of their corporate stores. This particular store's layout is immersive, with loads of well laid out colorful accessories on brightly-painted walls. A wall-mounted flatscreen plays demonstrations showing off the toughness of Zagg products.

My friend brought four devices in previously for screen cover installations, and commented on their nice waiting room and free WiFi access. After purchasing a screen cover, installations usually cost about $5 per device. They'll remove your device from factory-sealed packaging (if applicable), flawlessly apply the screen protector, and bundle your device into a microfiber pouch (pouch included with the installation).

Most recently, my friend and I walked in for a screen cover on his new 7th-gen iPod Nano. After applying the cover, the store representative advised my friend to keep his device off for 8-12 hours and out of his pockets for a full 24 hours so the screen could "cure" completely.

All in all, a great store, and well worth the $5 installation fee. This is a much better option than buying those packs of 3 for $5 off Amazon, doing it yourself, and probably wasting two in the process!

You need a cover for your phone or anything else that needs like a clear coating that's basically impervious to scratching these are your people. The AT&T Store on 6 South totally I have terrible customer service but these guys have come and save my but every time and they're just amazing I can't speak any more highly of them and if you need any work done they're just going to be friendly and take care of you

My screen cover didn't work with the S7 and the guy replaced it for me for no cost so I could take it back to the AT&T store. Thanks for the hookup.

They always do a fantastic job at taking the time to make sure the screen protector goes on right, and still get it done within only a few minutes.

Beware the bait and switch. Quoted $30 per side of an iPad across two devices, so $120 total. Was also quoted a few minutes.

50 minutes later they rudely apologized, saying the price quoted was inaccurate and it would be nearly *double* what they told me. Had I not just wasted nearly an hour I would have bagged it. A genuine apology and accurate wait time from the start would have been more than made up for it.

Instead, the two staff were condescending and it came across as though this happens often and maybe intentionally. Buyer beware.

You would think for a company whose business model is built around screen protectors, they would have an abundant supply of screen protects at their locations. I mean how much storage do screen protectors take up? I ve come into this location on 3 separate occasions to get screen protectors for different devices and they seem never to have any in supply. I mean come on, you have one job..

I came in a month or so ago and purchased a replacement screen and install. I was then told that they would waive the fee if I took the replacement and installed it myself. I broke my screen again (I blame my new case for not being protective enough) and went in to swap out my screen protector asking that I install it myself since I didn't want to pay again after so short a time. Now not only is it not free (they will not allow you to just swap it out)- but they raised the install fee to $8, and wont allow you to install it yourself! bad service

If you like getting ripped off, this is a great place to get a screen protector. Zagg currently has a 40% off promotion on their website. I asked the employee if he would honor that in store. He said no, but that she would still offer me 20% off. I was OK with 20% off, so I proceeded to get a screen protector. I asked for the most basic glass screen protector they had. (Note that this is $29.99 online, and if you were to add in the 20% discount, it would come to $23 + tax). After the screen protector was on and I was ready to pay, the employee informed me that my total would be $48.47. I asked him how this could possibly be, given that the most expensive screen proctor is $49.99 and with a discount would be $40+ tax, which would bring it to roughly $43.00. He told me that the cheapest screen protector they have in store is $56.00 so I did get a 20% discount. Well of course it s too late at this point because the screen protector is already on the phone and he s got my card in hand. So can someone explain to me how on earth the same store can be charging almost double the price as their online store?? I also find it funny that no where in the store are the prices listed. This is a total scam and I m going to be doing everything in my power to get my money back, even if I have to be petty and go back to the store and rip the screen protector off my phone. I don t understand how anyone can give places like this 5 stars.

I have been a ZAGG customer for years and have consistently bee pleased with their staff, level of customer support and value of products.

Very impressed with the customer service I received today. My authorized ZAGG retailer threw away my damaged iPhone 7 screen protector (you're suppose to send it back.) The customer service representative (Gretchen I believe) credited my account and answered all my questions.

They are very helpful. They take very good care to make sure your shield is installed solid and no peeling or bubbling.
Highly recommend them to anyone.

Zagg has always been great. I ve used them ever since I ve owned iphones. It s just a good option cause you can always go in and get a replacement for under 10 dollars and they never question you! I would highly recommend!

UPDATED (see bottom section): Sad. Got a plastic screen protector put on weeks ago and it peeled, then got a replacement put on, then a week after that it bubbled a peeled again. Now I go in and they want to charge me 15$ to get it put back on. But now I'm told they do in fact have the glass for the S10. I guess the HQ store didnt get the memo. I've been a pro zagg user for years, but I'll tell you what, after the poor customer service at the head quarters location in midvale and poor product/customer service I am done with Zagg. I try and buy local, but when Amazon and other sites have cheaper options that do the same job why keep going to a company that has forgotten its roots. They get one star for the city creek employee who assisted me today. And one star for the fact the screen protector hasn't spontaneously combusted. Do yourself a favor, dont support companies like zagg support companies that treat locals and for that matter any customer with any amount of respect. #lostcustomer.
UPDATE: only way to get their attention is to post a Google review. Bad news for them, it seems they didn't read my review. I will not support them any longer. And reaching out on Google review offering to "make the situation right" has good intentions, but I don't write reviews to get special treatment. When I say I will no longer support a company in stand by that. They should simple ignore the review or offer an apology. Nothing more.

Pretty good shop! Very knowledgeable staff, and very friendly. Not particularly happy with my s9 screen protector, but it was an easy return, and I'm pleased with my experience.

They re pretty quick and good at what they do, recommended to anyone with a phone they want to protect.

I Have a S9+ the Guy at the Store said we have These New Screen Protectors for the S9+ that curves around the edges & i had to wait for about 40 mins cuz I got the liquid defense on my phone but when i got the phone back the screen Protector looked too small doesn't curve around the edges and I had bubbles on my screen So I went back a day later the bubbles got bigger he Tried to Smooth them out
2 Day Later Screen Protector cracks only had it for a Week 10 Dollars to fix it .. in a week I spent 70 dollars for this damn screen Protector .. I should of stuck with the Screen Protector From AT&T 1 Drop no crack .. from Zagg 1 drop crack, Bump Crack,Flick Crack Ridiculous Made a Mistake Going here if I could do Negative Stars I would

Just got off the phone with Zagg customer service rep by the name of EASTON!! This guy was unbelievably KIND, repectful, knowledgeable and down right AWESOME! He sounded too good to be true...that I thought I was speaking to a new hybrid of computer generated robotic voices...so I had to ask Easton...'are you a robot?'...and he softly laughed and replied, no. This ONE man made a customer out me by simply being HUMAN...companies don't realize how POWERFUL good positive energy goes in referral business or repeat business. Apparently, ZAGG doe$!!!!!

Love my shield and protection it offers my phone but especially love service of staff when it does need to be replaced.

Poor product knowledge and misinformative. I called before going to ask for a product while I provided the necessary details on what I was looking for. I was told they carry the product but when I arrived I was told they do not carry it at any location and would have to custom make it. Would not recommend unless you want the most basic of products carried everywhere.

The customer service is great at this location! The store is very clean! There is sometimes a wait but no super long.

Their products are horrible quality backed up by a warranty that is the biggest scam in history.

Never going here again . The guy that helped me Kevin was unpleasant to me . And when i got my phone back he did a half ass job. All the sides of the screen was lifted and with so many bubbles under . I will not be going here again . Not worth the drive and time nor the money. Save your money and don't come here.

The screen protector was no better than any other one on the market. When I came back to replace it i was there 5 minutes before the shop opened and there was an employee inside, i walked around a bit to wait for the shop to open. When I returned the employee was no longer there and the doors were locked. When he showed up late he would not replace my screen protector without the old one present. I threw it away because it was junk. This policy is a scam, there is no reason they should require you bring them garbage.

Worst customer service ever. Told me it was my brand new iPhone that was the problem not the directive screen protector.

The glass cover is absolutely useless. I have had to replace mine twice just this month. Then when you call the store the staff is condescending and blames you for their crappy product. I am so sick of dealing with them and will NOT recommend them to anyone! Don't use this product it sucks and they blame you for it. I have never had this problem before and will never work with them again!!!!!

I went to Zagg at City Creek today 7/23/18.
The guy told me he couldn't sell me a screen protector because he didn't have the tools to install it. I guess they only have one squeegee and spray bottle?!?
He told me to come back in 2 hours. The full staff would be there for training and he can ask one of them to install my screen protector for me.

Quick and friendly service. Pricey, but seems like it s worth it. They didn t have all the iPhone X screen protectors in stock, so if you re looking for a popular item, I would call ahead to make sure they have it.

I use Zagg for all of my electronics! I love the peace of mind I have knowing that my screens are always protected and I can easily get them fixed if the zagg screen cracks. I ve never had a screen underneath the zagg screen get damaged. The staff is always pleasant to work with as well!

The customer service at the City Creek store can be a little hit and miss, but the product is solid.

ZAGG has always protected my phone and I have used them for years. It feels very comfortable on my screen and I love it!
