UPDATED (see bottom section): Sad. Got a plastic screen protector put on weeks ago and it peeled, then got a replacement put on, then a week after that it bubbled a peeled again. Now I go in and they want to charge me 15$ to get it put back on. But now I'm told they do in fact have the glass for the S10. I guess the HQ store didnt get the memo. I've been a pro zagg user for years, but I'll tell you what, after the poor customer service at the head quarters location in midvale and poor product/customer service I am done with Zagg. I try and buy local, but when Amazon and other sites have cheaper options that do the same job why keep going to a company that has forgotten its roots. They get one star for the city creek employee who assisted me today. And one star for the fact the screen protector hasn't spontaneously combusted. Do yourself a favor, dont support companies like zagg support companies that treat locals and for that matter any customer with any amount of respect. #lostcustomer.
UPDATE: only way to get their attention is to post a Google review. Bad news for them, it seems they didn't read my review. I will not support them any longer. And reaching out on Google review offering to "make the situation right" has good intentions, but I don't write reviews to get special treatment. When I say I will no longer support a company in stand by that. They should simple ignore the review or offer an apology. Nothing more.
